Tonight we dined at Res American Bistro. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, we could not have been treated any better. The hostess after asking a couple of questions and getting a sense of what type of dining experience we were looking for, asked us to follow her up to the second floor and there it was—the most perfect seat in the restaurant.
