Like others have said, I've been eating here for almost 30 years and have always enjoyed it. Great club sandwiches, burgers, breakfast all day, pizza when they have it, and other items. The tuna is fantastic. Somethings are a little pricey, but overall a much better value than newer places opening up, and better variety.

Asked for extra bacon on sandwich. Got charged for extra bacon on sandwich. Did not get any bacon on sandwich.

30 dollars for a bagel sandwich and a half full iced coffee.. lmfao! Lox lovers yet a lb of salmon is barely 18 at a grocery store. Greed
Loco Motion
Very good eggplant parm sub. A bit spendy for certain things like orange juice ($18.99, really?). Cool concept of a place that I hope catches on in other places - a euro style deli and mini market.

Exactly what I want out of a diner. Fantastic all day breakfast, large pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, quick and hospitable service.

The food was fine. A not full, medium 16oz coffee and two bacon egg & cheese sandwiches totaled a few cents short of $35. Better bang for your buck literally anywhere else on the east side.

The individual working over charged my wife and I for our order and when he was called out on it he said he couldn’t refund us cause he’s not a manager. Very rude and condescending to my wife in the shop. Once home unpacking the bag we find that the salad with salmon was half the size it usually is and the sandwich was not even wrapped but just haphazardly made and jammed into a to-go container. Called the shop to inquire about it and was only met with hostility by the same individual. Almost 40$ spent for horrible service and disappointing food. We will never go back.

I've been coming to the Butcher Shop for years and the meats, breads and specialty products are always fresh and prepared just like I like. I had a pastrami Ruben today and they didn't skimp on anything. I haven't had a bad meal yet. The wait staff is always pleasant enough and work hard for their money. Great venue for Sunday morning bagels and lox. I can't wait for Sunday !!!
Terrible got a omelette they said 3 egg but it was clearly 1 egg they barely put anything in it and they barely cook it I got so gross out I couldn’t even eat plus charge me $17 they didn’t even offer me my money back or something else

Great burgers and very nice workers.

Sadly, I have to report that I used to go there for their soups. Now, the soups are watered down and it is very disappointing. Used to stop for their wonderful pea soup, thick comfort food, but sadly, will not return. At $13+ for quart, it's not worth it anymore.

Yay. Went for breakfast. They have gluten free toast! And even the home fries are gluten free. Delicious.

This place used to be just a butcher shop all by itself before they bought the space next door to them, and I remember my mother took me here a few times. Last time I went, I picked up their baked fish, and I loved it!
