Waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery that's only a 10 min walk away is crazy! I could have literally walk there and back 6 times. Now I'm forced to consume a cold meal I purchased hot. Will no longer use this service and will be informing all my loved ones to stay clear of this service.

Very long hair found in Chicken California Sanwiches, two different sanwiches ordered at the same time both had light colored long hair, that I removed from my mouth as I was chewing and felt it. Checked the other item, as I was saving it for later and sure enough, there was also hair in the sandwich. I disposed of both of the food items and counted a loss of about $24. I will not order food from the Providence mall ever again for this reason. I was highly disgusted, as it made its way into my mouth.

I asked for the old fashioned.....No onions. Clerk assures me there are no onions. I ask for mushrooms but these seems to confuse the kid so I say thats ok just the old fashioned. I couldn't eat it. Had onions of course but the rest was just bottom level, lowest grade meat with cheese sauce you would get from Walmart. Gross.

Service: girl was looking at her phone and someone came from back to wait on me, looked at her and said nothing. Food: underwhelming, it tasted good but there were no mushrooms, 3 peppers and a few onions I ordered it to go and they gave it to me to stay. It was close to closing time.

First off for a food court shop in a mall, the cheesesteak was great. The meat was tender, no fat, well cooked, and the bun was chuck full of meat. It was tasty and satisfying. There are many choices available on the menu and a selection of beverages. The only problem was that my credit card would not go thru until I left a tip. The charge slip had 4 boxes for 4 different amounts of tips. Only when one was checked would the charge go thru. This for a kiosk at a food court. Poor.

This is not a cheese steak place. It's a low quality chain called Charley's subs. False advertising.

staff still passing food to customers even as one customer started having a meltdown in food court, screaming at the workers and the people around with toddler in hand. security no where to be found but did not break down crying in front of crazy lady. Lady started to yell at other customers who had their food until they sat away from her and her group, needs more security to protect staff and customers!!!Parking: mall parking garage

I don't like provolone cheese. I made a slight mistake when ordering and just asked for them to not put cheese on it if they couldn't substitute it out first time here and definitely the last how would it have been to just substitute American cheese

I love a good hot cheesesteak sandwich. I have been to Charley's a few times and I find their food good, consistent and fairly priced. Pretty much anywhere you go now, you have to pay close to $10 for a large well dressed sandwich. They also do a good job upselling you on the combos and the gourmet fries. The cheese is always melted nicely on top of the steak meat, which is nicely marinated and grilled....I love hot sandwiches, not big on cold sandwiches. As background regarding this restaurant, I can tell you that Charleys Philly Steaks is an American restaurant chain of Philly cheesesteak stores headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Formerly known as Charley's Steakery and Charley's Grilled Subs, the franchise was established in 1986 on the campus of Ohio State University. By 2022 there were over 600 locations in 45 states and in 19 countries. While studying real estate at Ohio State University, Charley Shin worked in his mother's Japanese/Korean restaurant in Columbus, Ohio. A wrong turn on a family trip to New York City resulted in Charley's discovery of the Philly cheesesteak. Charley convinced his mother to take a break, sell the restaurant, and invest her life savings of $48,000 in "Charley's," a 450-square-foot restaurant across the street from Ohio State's campus. Charley's first decision in the restaurant was to turn the grill around to face the customers, so they could always see their food being cooked, a move that would later become the trademark of the Charley's Philly Steaks chain. So if you are looking for good tasting gourmet fries, cheesesteaks, wings, or lemonades, this is the place to go at the Providence Place mall.

I came across Charleys Cheesesteaks in the foodcourt in Providence Place Mall. I had a regular steak philly cheesesteak-USDA choice steak with savory grilled green peppers, mushrooms, and onions and melted provolone cheese on their signature toasted roll. All cheesesteaks come with optional creamy mayonnaise, juicy tomato, shredded lettuce, and crispy pickle, which we opted in for. I also got an order of the original regular French Fries. The Philly cheesesteak tasted good and flavorful. The regular size was good for 2 people. The fries were a small portion, so if you want a good portion of fries, I would recommend sizing up. Great for a quick bite.

This chicken Philip cheese is the best always on point with the bread and the amount and the prices are very reasonable and don't forget to try that lemonade either original or strawberry is so awesome and the fries are very good as well
