About Charleys Philly Steaks

Charleys Cheesesteaks, located in a mall, offers a variety of food options with a focus on cheesesteaks. The meat is often described as tender and well-cooked, with a generous amount on a soft bun. However, there have been issues with the service, including staff using their phones during service and not responding to customer needs. The ordering process for credit card payments has also been criticized. Additionally, there have been concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the food court area, with reports of customers behaving poorly and security being absent. Parking is available in the mall garage.
