A Disappointing Experience at Chipotle
During a recent visit to Chipotle, my mom and I encountered a notably disappointing experience. From the moment we approached the counter, the service was lackluster. The workers seemed uninterested and, at times, even gave off a dismissive attitude. This lack of courtesy was off-putting and set a negative tone for the entire visit.
To make matters worse, the portions were incredibly minimal. Despite paying a substantial amount—$40 in total—we received far less than what we expected. The amount of meat and other ingredients were barely adequate, leaving our meals looking sparse and unsatisfying.
Finally, the quality of the food itself was disappointing. The flavors were lacking, and the meal didn’t meet the standard we’ve come to expect from Chipotle. All these issues combined made the experience frustrating and ultimately not worth the cost.

I ordered a double chicken bowl. There was one bite of chicken in my bowl, and the entirety of the bowl probably weighed 2oz. I hope the staff who made my food have the worst christmas of their lives. Never come here, next im throwing my food at the employee who made it.

I went there during lunch time around 12 and the lady who cashed me out was very very rude ! I asked her if I could use two different forms of payment and she told me no and I know she was lying because I’ve done it before! And then my friend ordered food but she brought the wrong card in so we ran to get a new card out the car quickly. When we came back in she proceeded to take 3 other customers before she finally decided to take us. And when we were visibly upset about it she told us “it’s not my fault” but we didn’t say anything back we were on our lunch break and were just trying to pay for our food and go. She is the lady with the heavy accent.
I visited this location during my lunch break and unfortunately had a negative experience with the woman at the checkout register. She was unwelcoming and rude from the beginning. My friend attempted to use two forms of payment, but the cashier immediately said it wasn’t possible and made no effort to assist or explain further. Her attitude throughout the interaction was unpleasant.
Additionally, while I was in the process of paying — which only took a couple of minutes — she skipped over me and took the next customer, saying I was “taking too long.” I found this extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The overall experience made us feel unwelcome, and I hope this feedback can be taken seriously to improve customer service at this location.

Extremely long line, waited 15 minutes to order, counter where food was prepared was filthy my burrito was rolled in sour cream and guacamole and other leftovers from other people's orders, they had one girl preparing all the food.... I probably won't go back to this location
