I loved my experience here. The type of place reserved for very special occasions. This is a NYC Michelin star restaurant’s chef opening a similar style place that is currently set up for a crafted tasting menu and they don’t have an a-la-carte option (for now) ; this is a place where you will spend a lot to dine here but it’s fancy and fun. It does feel like a fine dining experience. I just wanted to explain because I’ve heard a lot of questions about this place before...
Claudine is a welcome addition to the Providence dining scene! The space is minimal and pristine, with service that is confident and very attentive. We chose the tasting menu with non-alcoholic pairings — both were thoughtful, precise, and well-executed. The dishes showed technical skill without sacrificing flavor, and the NA pairings were far more than an afterthought. Claudine signals a new level of dining in the city and we cannot wait to go back! Congrats Maggie & Josh!
