Favorite place to get ramen in prov!
Had dinner twice at the Noodlebar and the food was delicious. Tasty, fresh, great textures. And excellent, quick service. Will keep coming back to this great place!
The PVD chicken ramen was quite possibly the best ramen I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back here.

PVD Noodle Bar in Providence is a charming spot with excellent noodles and delightful tea, especially the Thai Milk Tea. The small, narrow, and cozy restaurant serves amazingly good food, including pork katsudon with curry sauce and PVD chicken ramen. Drinks are also delicious. Although the service can be busy, it remains a kid-friendly place with bar seating that works well. The shrimp tempura is a standout dish, and the restaurant stays open till midnight. Wheelchair accessibility might be challenging due to the size.
The noodles are great, and customers absolutely love the steamed dumplings. The ramen place really nails the fundamentals, with quick, friendly, and accurate service. The dishes are incredibly filling, and the sides are really good for the price. Customers recommend the hard egg with the ramen, PVD Chicken Ramen, and the Potato Croquettes. The restaurant makes nearly everything in-house, and the difference is noticeable. The staff is kind, and the manager is great, making customers eager to return. Yan truly was the highlight of our day with her warm personality and attentiveness. The Mala Rosé Ragù is one of the best noodle dishes ever.
