I have been obsessed with Coffee connection for months now.As the options available were fresh ,innovative and more affordable than other bagel options available in the City.Usually order online , I finally made my way in-store about three weeks ago. That day service was decent. Following Sunday I returned this time service was deplorable. Had to wait for 20 min for a smoothie and the team members were not friendly or personable. Today I ordered breakfast just about to have my cookie & the flour wasn't even mixed in properly. The portions of chicken salad also varies based on who prepared it. Noticed that for a while also. Coffee was also awful today. Just do better be consistent!!!

Hidden away but definitely worth finding! Excellent hot lattes. Great fresh bagels, croissants with spinach & feta and a big selection of doughnuts made locally. Helpful friendly staff too. What more could you want?

The customer service here is abysmal. I spent 20 minutes trying to help them get their printer working because I need a receipt for work expenses. They kept saying stupid things like it’s just not working when clearly it was operator error. They seem to think that it was OK to waste my time to help them figure out what they were doing wrong with their printer. They did not seem to understand that it is their job to make sure that everything on the cash register is working properly when they open. They also do not have an ability to serve you coffee for there. I asked for a double espresso for there and they gave it to me in a to go cup without explaining beforehand that they don’t have environmentally friendly facilities. Absolutely rude absolutely stupid service members.

Wheelchair accessibility: Forget it there’s no wheelchair accessibility to this place and they don’t care. They’re too stupid to care there.

The food options are great and the staff are generally nice, but I have to give a poor rating for the staff continuously failing to follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures. One young man was was taking out the trash and then proceeded to go behind the counter and make my food without changing his gloves and washing his hands. I immediately requested a remake with clean gloves.On two other occassions, two young women were touching their face and touching their hair with the same gloves they used to begin making my food. The women also don't put their hair up and my friends salad had hair it in once (she didn't complain though). This his is disgusting and will cause people to get sick. Please train the staff on appropriate food handling procedures.

Jordan and Paula were such kind employees and made my experience so pleasant. My first cold brew experience was amazing! The interior of the place was so cute and this is a must for anyone in search of coffee or a quick bite in the area.
