Food was delicious: the mushroom soup was best ever, chef's specialty given his knowledge and use of wild mushrooms; boeuf bourguignon was superb; the creme brûlée was the best I've ever had. Wine list is extensive -- we each had a glass of wine with dinner post cocktail earlier (full bar). Owner came by for a delightful conversation and later brought the chef with him. Restaurant is open Friday and Saturday only -- well worth the wait and reservations. It's quite a lovely restaurant.
Next to actually dining in France, this is the place for authentic, delicious, gourmet French food and amazing service.
Absolutely amazing experience. Genuine hospitality from everyone in the restaurant. Bob the owner even stops by every table to thank you for coming in and he's a treasure. The food is delicious and comforting. The atmosphere intimate. 13/10 loved it !!
