After probably the worst experience possible at another restaurant that evening (no food, no service), Venda saved the night! We sat outside in a very cool setting. Our wait staff was quick, friendly and attentive. Most importantly the food was excellent. Thank you Venda for saving our night!
This will always be a favorite for taking out of town guests - try for an outdoor spot if you can. It’s truly special in the warm months. You can’t go wrong with the cavatelli, ragu, and the tiramisu. The only note is be prepared for a wait at times (Saturday nights are packed) and potentially brusque or forgetful staff. It’s truly impressive how they manage such a large operation, we just had some issues with our server the last visit.
Went there for a birthday dinner. Started off with the waitress not being able to open the bottle of wine and some of it dripped down her hands onto the table. The app was good, it was a burrata with prosciutto and tomato but we had to ask two people for balsamic before it came over. We ordered dinner one came out wrong and took a long time to be fixed. We asked for cheese and it took forever as well. We were finished eating and my mom's meal was still not out and the waitress...
