Another day, another chance for more tacos with the RI Food Fight's TacoMania. This time we started with Diego's. As it was a Saturday, no tables were available from reservations but we were able to grab a seat at the bar.
The space is open, dark. A blend of Mexican homage and industrial brick. An open kitchen gives you the chance to watch your meal be prepared in full view.

Went to Diegos yesterday the service was horrible and so was the food, will stick to the Newport one only from now on.
So I have to say I am really pleased that Diego’s has got its groove back. I was there in June for a disastrous brunch and we left aft 45 minutes of a really bad experience. I mention this as the owner must have cleaned house. I was there on Sunday for brunch and I can not help but to describe the experience as phenomenal. The service - impeccable.
