Can’t wait for this location to be open again.Its convenient as I’m passing to go to work up at the hospital.Can’t wait to see how everything turns out.I tend to always have a great experience when I go there,unless it’s in the afternoon the younger kids are working and generally don’t care.Also wanted to post a review many times but forgot to.I have came here a little over two years and have encountered Tony her customer service is impeccable from the customer before me also evern after me.Most times she has my order already up or even my coffee at the counter waiting for me.It’s just a great way to start my day off.Hopefully there is some change with the seating due to not being enough seats for all the customers that decides to stay and eat.All around great location!!can’t wait to get back to my norms.

The employee whose name I will not mention was certainly angry about doing her job. She is extremely rude in her service. I will avoid this place. As for the other 2 employees, only time will tell if they are good people. They gave me cold food and not enough sugar for 4 large drinks. When I asked for more, she made a bad face. I am sad that she is so bitter.

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! The donuts were incredibly fresh, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. There was a wide variety of flavors to choose from, making it hard to pick just one!
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated that it wasn’t crowded during my visit, allowing for a relaxed experience without the usual hustle and bustle.
As for the coffee, it was exactly what you'd expect from Dunkin'—rich, flavorful, and consistently some of the best around. I left feeling satisfied and energized.
I will definitely be going back for more delicious donuts and that fantastic coffee! Highly recommended!
Rude staff. Poor service. They get the order wrong in the drive through and then blame you for it because they aren’t paying attention or listening. Not pleasant or helpful. Order has been gotten wrong multiple times when I have come here, through drive through or online ordering. Don’t go to this location unless you want your order wrong and to be frustrated.

Not handicap accessible. Costumer service was terrible. They lied about the bathroom and proceeded to give attitude. They are judgmental. As a customer of Dunkin’ since it opened . I say boycott this place.
For some reason they close the bathroom at 2pm from what I overheard a cashier tell another customer. So 1 star off for that. Other than that your run of the mill DD.

Customer service was very poor for my order today I was appalled it took two people to ring up one order today at 10:40 in the morning granted the African American girl that took the first order had very good customer service skills & was very professional but the rest of her coworkers made this established look very bad my daughter was also observing these terrible skills & trades they provided do to the fact that she was also a former employee at Dunkin her self at a different branch before she advanced we both were very patient while witness the unprofessionalism of this establishment not good representation for a high corporation & we still tipped very embarrassing & have no plans on returning unless they hire all new staff the proper way!

Used to be my favorite dunkin. Then one time when I needed my receipt, the employee dug through the trash and handed it to me.This time, I ordered two Dunkings. When I arrived I got two Dunkings in the wrong cup, with straws, no cold foam, and no cinnamon sugar. The employee said “dunkings are so popular right now that we ran out of cold foam and the cinnamon sugar”When I get home, realized I paid way more than what I should for what I got and didn’t even try it, I drove back to the Dunkin that was fortunately only down the street and told them about the issue. The employee was very unhappy and told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund or have my drinks remade unless I had brought my drinks back. Fortunately, I had both of them and gave them back. She did not seem happy. Her manager told me to drive around and gave me two fresh real Dunking drinks In the appropriate cups with the appropriate toppings.When I got home, I realized they had barely put any coffee in them. It was mostly water and cream. Boooooo. This place used to be “the good dunkin”
