I just went to this restaurant and stood outside because the front doors are locked. They were supposed to open at 6AM. There are 5 employees standing around. Had to knock to get them to acknowledge the 8 people and myself standing there in the bitter cold. And they still ignored us. I'm guessing if they 5 employees can't figure out how to open the door or at least acknowledge their guest then they probably can't handle making a coffee either.

The coffee is made with tap water( fluoride, chlorine, and various other disinfectants) but the service is pretty good because the girls from the Dunkin' down the street have moved here while their store gets

I got there a little past 6am and along with 4 other people standing in the rain the 2 girls entering inside were too busy doing wDrive thru orders and stuffing donuts and donut holes and bacon into their mouths to open the front door to us. I think the perks working there shoving food into their mouths is highly insanitary and I'll will be reporting this to the City Heath department

Sometimes had to access entress because of traffic in the area but are conveniently down the street from my residence.Parking: Location is in high-traffic location.
The Manager is completely useless, I had prepaid $25 Vanilla gift card and they didn't even know how to let me pay for my breakfast sandwich and iced coffee with it?Also, they have an all Black and Spanish staff whom are quick to shift you a real dirty look and ignore you. Place straight sucks??

If you want discusting coffee, where you have to ask for extra ice and they still give you barely any ice EVERYTIME..and never give you an adequate amount of cream. Then this is the dunks for you. Personally im done coming here. A large iced they will give you luke warm ice coffee with barely any ice ..dont waiste ya money

This experience was terrible! I asked for a strawberry coconut refresher made with whole milk. At first this young lady says, okay! Then she comes back and says, “actually I can’t do that” , my response was then well “ms I have gotten this multiple different times from this Dunkin as well as others, I am allergic to coconut milk ”. She then puts this guy on the mic, he then screams at me and says “why don’t you leave, and go to another Dunkin”. This is absolutely uncalled for. People are so lazy now a days. Poor customer service. I will be sure to listen to this control freak worker, and never come to this Dunkin again! If any manager is to read this, this happened around 5:50 pm on February 23, 2023!

Coffee tasted like poison. Staff provided no option to fix it only refund. Refund will take one week and many emails.
