If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I went there on 9/18 around 4:20 am. The lady at the speaker claimed she couldn’t hear me on three different occasions, so I pulled up to the window. She insisted that I pull back around due to the timer. I said okay and complied. When I came back around she was shouting to the other girl in the store with her, to handle us (despite her being completely rude I stayed calm). I received my matcha and cappuccino cold (I don’t know how) and half way full. I have been to this location before MULTIPLE times. She was all around rude and ignorant, once again at 4:20 in the morning. Will not be coming back in the mornings here anymore.

Morning crew are AMAZING 👏 Coffee is ALWAYS on point!! After 11am is a 50/50 shot of my coffee will be made correctly. Honestly, most of the time, my family and I will go to the Dunkin on Admiral St if we want coffee in the afternoon or evening

As a west coaster, I don't get Dunkin' Donuts. I don't think the donuts are good and I think the coffee is terrible. That's fine, it's not for me. What wasn't fine is how the drive-thru staff did not seem to know what they were doing. There was no wait but they seemed flustered by our small order and confused by how to ring it up.
Lols like an upgraded store with so many nitro new fountains Very efficient Large selection of freshly made donuts 5/5 The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was hot and soft and delicious The drinks are on point We had the iced Frappuccino mocha something Really nice Coffee was good too , freshly brewed Prices are lower than other similar places

It's not a perfect neighborhood. I used to live close by, however, this was a 1st. No street signs so as I relearned my old home, I was missing turns. Gotta love sharing the road with Rhode Island drivers. Best worst drivers on the planet.
I stopped here out of an absolute desperate need for a cold soda or Gatorade.
I entered the store with no concerns for my safety. I used to teach near here. I was born here too. There were 2 families with small children. The children were remarkably savvy in their insults. I was shocked. It made me uncomfortable.
I went to the soda/ juice cooler and it is locked up. I apologized to the girl at the counter for the cold drink cooler being locked. She said it always is. Got me a cold drink I didn't want. I could not hear her over the kiddies calling me names and the female adults with them either didn't care or agreed with the vulgar words these ten and under kids were throwing at me.
I took what she kindly handed me, paid by card, not the cash I was afraid to show.
I will not be stopping here again. I don't care if it's the shortest route.
Miserable experience. No wonder I could not find a McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, etc. Who would sink money into this part of town? This Dunkin had 6 chairs and 3 tables. They do not want you sticking around.
