It's not a perfect neighborhood. I used to live close by, however, this was a 1st. No street signs so as I relearned my old home, I was missing turns. Gotta love sharing the road with Rhode Island drivers. Best worst drivers on the planet.
I stopped here out of an absolute desperate need for a cold soda or Gatorade.
I entered the store with no concerns for my safety. I used to teach near here. I was born here too. There were 2 families with small children. The children were remarkably savvy in their insults. I was shocked. It made me uncomfortable.
I went to the soda/ juice cooler and it is locked up. I apologized to the girl at the counter for the cold drink cooler being locked. She said it always is. Got me a cold drink I didn't want. I could not hear her over the kiddies calling me names and the female adults with them either didn't care or agreed with the vulgar words these ten and under kids were throwing at me.
I took what she kindly handed me, paid by card, not the cash I was afraid to show.
I will not be stopping here again. I don't care if it's the shortest route.
Miserable experience. No wonder I could not find a McDonald's, Wendy's, Subway, etc. Who would sink money into this part of town? This Dunkin had 6 chairs and 3 tables. They do not want you sticking around.

The person working the drive through had a very poor attitude? Very poor customer service and was speaking negatively inside the establishment! The Manager as well. Made my coffee wrong and I asked politely could you please add more almond milk. I had gastric bypass and hiatal hernia repair and need more milk than coffee. I won't be good to this store anymore and I hope she does better in the future

Let me tell you I drive by 3 Dunkin’ Donuts to come to this one every day for the last 5 years through drive through and no matter how busy that drive through is they always nail my coffee and big orders when I have them. They are always super nice and efficient and I really can’t say anything better about this place ; great job !!!!

I don’t understand what’s so hard about putting straws in a bag, how am I supposed to drink my beverage? Every time I order for delivery you never put straws it’s ridiculous! Even when you request utensils they still don’t put straws in the bag I don’t get it
They put a lot of ice in the drinks, there is not much to drink

Make sure to check your items before leaving ! Tried to call more than 10x They never pick up the phone so have to waste extra time to go back and get the correct order.
Requested a large hot tea they gave a black coffee went back to correct the matter the attendant gave a medium tea when a large was paid for.
It’s best to take to extra 2 seconds to make the order is correct instead of having to do it all over because you thought you were flash.
