I don’t understand what’s so hard about putting straws in a bag, how am I supposed to drink my beverage? Every time I order for delivery you never put straws it’s ridiculous! Even when you request utensils they still don’t put straws in the bag I don’t get it

Make sure to check your items before leaving ! Tried to call more than 10x They never pick up the phone so have to waste extra time to go back and get the correct order.
Requested a large hot tea they gave a black coffee went back to correct the matter the attendant gave a medium tea when a large was paid for.
It’s best to take to extra 2 seconds to make the order is correct instead of having to do it all over because you thought you were flash.

I travel a lot for work and like my Dunkin' Donuts. This is by FAR the best Dunkin' I've ever been to. Clean and fantastic service. Everyone inside was hustling to get service done. The manager has been here 13 years and takes very obvious pride in the store and her employees.

It’s July 19th at 10AM. This Dunkin is ALWAYS busy, but today was busy. The entire staff was working so hard and together. They all had smiles on their faces. This group deserves raise, praise, and incentive!! Thank you!!

Not so great service but why clutter that block with all the available & abandoned property around.Why should it be my job to shake the sugar in my Black Iced Coffee to drink ability when you're only excuse is "it always sits at the bottom"... somebody riddle me who's job that should be... perhaps Santa Claus or the Misses?
I just went there and I told her to put ice half the cup and I ordered large ice and she gave me like six or seven ice cubes and I went back so I can tell her it made wrong and she was laughing then the manager talk to me and she put me a lot of ice but there’s no coffee if I pour the coffee without the ice is gonna be like one small or 1 ounce of coffee just ice and they were laughing when I went to the window and the manager came and she give me the coffee and she told me here you go The manager was nice with me, but the other girls was so bad

A 24-hour Dunkin! I didn’t even know they had those! The inside hours are really late too. 5am-10pm. They have those fancy on-tap things here at this location too for like tea and lemonade and iced.The lady on the drive thru had such a sweet voice. I asked, the guy said it was Jessica on the speaker.
