9/20/2024 (yesterday) was my husband, Andrew, and my wedding. We were married at Weatherlow Farms and the weather was a little unexpected. With in the moment, real time, changing decisions, Easy Entertaining was amazingly supportive and ready for everything. The guests were in absolute awe of the fresh, family style meal delivered to the tables with beautiful floral detail. Everyone was talking about how they have never had a dinner so great at a wedding before. The table set up was also unbelievably beautiful. Easy's attention to detail created a breathtaking space for our celebration to happen. Mike was a rock to Andrew and I throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding. We were very impressed with his communication and support in planning for the catering side of the event. On the day of the wedding, Frank, checked in with us and made sure that we took the time to eat the delicious appetizers and dinner. Frank brought us each a private plate to our sweetheart table and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. We HIGHLY recommend working with this incredible team. We promise you will walk away with a full belly and a full heart. We will definitely be using Easy Entertaining for any events that we hold in the future. Much Love!

We had a wonderful experience with Easy Entertaining. We had catering dropped off for an event and everything was perfect - great presentation, efficient staff, easy to book, and delicious food. Easy Entertaining is an AMAZING catering company. We hosted an intimate wedding reception at our home and had their "Summer BBQ" package delivered. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious. The delivery person was prompt, professional, and did a great job setting everything up. Everyone enjoyed the food and folks even took to-go containers home stuffed with leftovers. They had great delivery service options (everything from standard delivery to 'styled delivery' or even full-service staff on-site), and Kaitlyn (the Proprietor) did an exceptional job coordinating everything and guiding me through the process.

Just do it! We rented out the Atrium & Cafe at the EE location for our wedding. From start to finish EE staff were more than exceptional.

When we were looking for a venue for our intimate wedding, we knew this place was it. Communication through phone calls and emails couldn’t have been any easier and informal. If I had any question it was answered right away and accommodated. I felt at ease and knew EE would take care of it, without a doubt.

The food tasting, oh my goodness so much fun and delicious!We were able to try such a large selection of foods and drinks. After this day we felt ready for our wedding. We knew it could only get better from that day. The cafe was very clean and service was quick. It also helped to know any food restriction could be dealt with. I wish EE had a restaurant open 24/7.

On our rehearsal day all staff were well mannered, friendly, and warming. They put my nerves at ease. When we practiced with the Justice of the Peace, Mike was right by our side so he could see and hear our ideas to perform a wonderful ceremony the next day.

Our big day, was a dream come true. We were guided and assisted since the day we stepped on the property the whole entire time, anything we needed, food, drinks, chairs, EE staff went right there. They moved quickly and professionally to help us stay on a great wedding timeline and with any mishaps. All staff were fun, silly, respectful to all of our wishes.

Big shout out to all EE staff, but especially Mike Burton from start to finish!

My husband and I utilized Easy Entertaining for our wedding in the Atrium and could not have been happier. The staff is absolutely incredible and the venue was gorgeous. Would 100% recommend.

My now husband and I can’t recommend Easy Entertaining enough. Kaitlyn and Mike were absolutely phenomenal to work with, they were so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They did such an amazing job setting up the reception area. Mike was so polite and attentive throughout the day. All of the guests were astounded by the excellent food, and how wonderful the entire wait and bar staff were. They truly made our wedding day magical. Thank you all!

I was in a bind for last minute ( day before) Thanksgiving plans. I called E.E. And they were so helpful! The food was AMAZING!! I was nervous about the turkey being dried out…anything but! Love to shop local businesses but they were not to disappoint. Thank you thank you!

We threw our bestie a surprise party and Easy Entertaining Inc was definitely a stellar choice. It really was easy! We liked the convenience of the one-stop-shop experience. We went with a buffet style event. The food quality impressed me greatly. There was a huge menu to choose from for all budgets. It was absolutely delicious. The steak really was cooked medium rare lol! The guests raved about it all. The space is a smaller intimate experience, with room to dance if chosen (we did not). The TV screen to air drop photos and videos was a nice touch. It was also easy to connect our phone for our playlist to play over their sound system. We all just had a great time and the guest of honor was totally surprised and loved the whole experience, too. We dealt with Kristen and she made it such a seamless and smooth experience. She was very responsive, professional and calming. We can't say enough about her and were very grateful she was our event manager for this party. Thank you Easy Entertaining Inc!

We loved everything about Easy Entertaining, from start to finish. Some highlights:- great communication and responsiveness to questions- flexibility with dietary needs and special drink requests- amazing guest service and commitment to craft: including a memorable tasting event and special attention at the wedding- the FOOD! Struck a perfect balance of being innovative but still accessible to pickier eatersSpecial thank you to Mike and Kait - not only were they super on top of their game, but also so personable and genuine that they were a pleasure to interact with.

From the request for a quote (and help in deciding on a venue) through the day-after wedding follow up, I can only say: thank you, thank you, thank you to the EE team. Having had their food at events before, and knowing the venue we chose had them as 1 of their 3 preferred, I knew we were in for a treat. All the details were well taken care of in advance - with a delicious tasting! - and on the day-of, we had everything we needed and more. Thoughtful care was taken with what the team knew was important to us, and Frank as the Manager onsite, is a diamond.Thank you Kate, Mike, Frank and the whole EE team that contributed to our reception. The food was equally as delicious and beautifully presented - and well complimented by our guests - as the experience in working with Easy Entertaining. Truly *chef's kiss*.

I hosted a bridal shower for my sister, and everything went PERFECTLY! The event was exactly as I envisioned, and it was a complete success. Our family and friends all commented on how pretty the space was and that the food was SO good! Our lead server, Frank, was a complete pleasure to work with, and I felt very supported by his efforts to make the evening so seamless. Many of our guests loved the food so much that they asked if the cafe was also a restaurant to be able to come back. We cannot thank Kristen (the sales contact) and Frank enough for their deep partnership around my sister’s bridal shower and for giving our family a special memory.

I have used East Entertaining several times for corporate events and the process is easy, the food is phenomenal and the staff is top notch. Prices are also very reasonable and even low for the quality they are delivering. I will continue to book them whenever I need a caterer.

The absolute best place to have a catered event- the atmosphere, staff and food were amazing- the whole experience from meeting with Kristen to discussing what I was planning to the actual party itself was done with such ease. I picked my menu and they took care of everything!!! - They will also cater at your location- the food was top knotch-I can not say it enough- what a great experience I had working with Easy Entertaining

We arrived to welcoming smiles and positive energy. Gorgeous natural light coming through the huge windows showed the beautiful tables preset for the guests. The bar displayed the delicious cocktails and mocktails that were specially chosen for our guests of honor. Kristen our event manager was so very helpful guiding me through the extensive menu options and was extremely reponsive to calls and emails. Kim the head coordinator of the day was incredibly helpful in every way. Honey our bartender never stopped smiling and was very accommodating. We loved her. Gelissa (sp?) worked the tables like a ninja! There were even scented candles in the adorable bathrooms. The FOOD!! We are still getting compliments on the food!! The parents to be were over the moon happy and all of our friends and family commented throughout the event how amazing everything was.I've been a wedding florist and coordinator for 20 years and have worked many venues over the years. I was blown away by everything. You made a very special day everything we could have hoped for and more. We will definitely be recommending you and will also be using you again for our celebrations!
