Everyone enjoyed the food and service, and it was great to see you in person, again, Kristen. Frank was also fantastic about checking in on us and communicating between us and guests with special dietary needs and following up on anything we needed the day of. Another member of the catering staff, Claire we think, was also a major standout--the bride really appreciated her personal attention, not only did she strike the perfect balance of checking in on anything I needed without being overbearing, but she also helped in the group effort of bustling her dress!

We also appreciated the extra gesture of allowing us to take home some of the leftovers. Frank also mentioned that he made sure that what we couldn't take made it to somewhere where it could go to use, which was really important to us in reducing food waste. The nosh box was a great touch for us to kick off our mini-honeymoon.

I recently used Easy Entertaining for a work event, and I can’t say enough good things about them! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. The food was outstanding - beautifully presented and delicious - and our guests are still talking about it. Highly recommend them for any occasion!

I attended their open house on October 8th at Linden Place, Bristol, and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. The food was exceptional—each dish was full of flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. Standouts included the seared tuna crisp and chicken mushroom risotto, and the variety of appetizers gave a great sense of their range. Even the vegetarian and gluten-free options were creative and delicious.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. They made every guest feel welcome and were happy to answer questions about the menu.

The presentation and atmosphere were equally impressive. The food displays were beautifully arranged, and the overall setup—from linens to floral arrangements—created a polished and elegant environment. The event flowed smoothly and showcased their capabilities perfectly.

Based on this experience, I’m confident that Easy Entertaining would be an excellent choice for our events. I highly recommend considering them.

It's been almost 3 weeks since our wedding, and we still can't stop talking about how amazing Easy Entertaining is. The most professional, communicative, and personal vendor we used for our September 21st wedding. Mike Burton singlehandedly kept my wife and me sane throughout the planning process. He was always available to meet or take a phone call and go over any detail - big or small. The food was immaculate, and the staff made us feel like family. We were already over the moon about having them as part of our special day, but during the wedding, the team exceeded our expectations once again. They helped with everything - from setup and ceremony organization, to making sure my wife and I ate and had a moment to relax. A special shout-out to Mike, Hannah, Monica, and Pearla thank you for taking such good care of us. We love you!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Easy Entertaining. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding unforgettable. Every dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.

Easy Entertaining was so great to work with... They really looked after my whole experience, before, during, and after our event. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We were lucky enough to have chosen Easy Entertaining for our daughter's wedding last night at Roger Williams Botanical Gardens. They were phenomenal! They literally made the night a success. Easy Entertaining was a pleasure to deal with. Kristen was responsive, professional, and accommodating. She helped plan a menu, answered all of our many questions and offered a tasting before the wedding. We were able to meet with her and her staff and finalize the menu. It was such a fun night and we were treated like royalty. They even sent the bride and groom with a box of treats.
The night of the wedding though, these people shined. From the moment we arrived at the venue, a bit harried and stressed, They jumped into action. Frank and his team of servers were incredible, offering to help in any way that could. They helped set up centerpieces. signs, programs, and whisked away boxes and trash (while doing their own set up of the tables and food). It was like having a big family there to help. Frank is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met and it seems that both he and Kristen set the tone for their staff. They were so professional and skilled in their roles yet so supportive to both guests and family. They went and beyond to an extent I never experienced at an event.
The food was excellent. Fresh, delicious, creative and beautifully presented. We got so many unsolicited compliments. EE accommodated our many food preferences and allergies. Frank circulated the room constantly to see that all the guests were taken care of and if anyone needed anything. He offered so many extras like tracking down the bride and groom outside in the gardens to bring them a tray of appetizers they would have missed while being photographed. He checked in with me constantly (mother of the bride) and put me at ease so I could enjoy the night. These people stayed with us to the very end offering help with our end of the clean up. Frank, Kristen and every server were there for us.
I would recommend Easy Entertaining on all levels for planning, wonderful food and an amazing staff 100 %. Thank you!

We recently had a baby shower for my son and daughter in law Easy Entertaining did an amazing brunch for our event.
Kate and her team of professionals were fabulous to work with.
Our Southern Love menu was perfect and all of the guests raved about the food. Some even stayed a bit longer to keep nibbling.
Andre was exceptional with setting everything up and made sure we were happy with everything.

Our venue exclusively worked with Easy Entertaining as a caterer, but we would highly recommend them for your event needs! The menus are thorough, with well documented ingredients that allowed us to create a menu that accommodated all dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious, we’ve gotten many compliments from guests on the food. Kristen is fantastic to work with, very helpful and attentive. All of the staff on site took a moment to congratulate us, which was incredibly special. We couldn’t be happier with their services. Thank you Kristen and team!

9/20/2024 (yesterday) was my husband, Andrew, and my wedding. We were married at Weatherlow Farms and the weather was a little unexpected. With in the moment, real time, changing decisions, Easy Entertaining was amazingly supportive and ready for everything. The guests were in absolute awe of the fresh, family style meal delivered to the tables with beautiful floral detail. Everyone was talking about how they have never had a dinner so great at a wedding before. The table set up was also unbelievably beautiful. Easy's attention to detail created a breathtaking space for our celebration to happen. Mike was a rock to Andrew and I throughout the entire year leading up to the wedding. We were very impressed with his communication and support in planning for the catering side of the event. On the day of the wedding, Frank, checked in with us and made sure that we took the time to eat the delicious appetizers and dinner. Frank brought us each a private plate to our sweetheart table and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. We HIGHLY recommend working with this incredible team. We promise you will walk away with a full belly and a full heart. We will definitely be using Easy Entertaining for any events that we hold in the future. Much Love!

We had a wonderful experience with Easy Entertaining. We had catering dropped off for an event and everything was perfect - great presentation, efficient staff, easy to book, and delicious food. We loved all of their different options as we could make it exactly what we needed. A big thank you to the team!

Easy Entertaining is an AMAZING catering company. We hosted an intimate wedding reception at our home and had their "Summer BBQ" package delivered. The food arrived fresh, hot, and delicious. The delivery person was prompt, professional, and did a great job setting everything up. Everyone enjoyed the food and folks even took to-go containers home stuffed with leftovers. They had great delivery service options (everything from standard delivery to 'styled delivery' or even full-service staff on-site), and Kaitlyn (the Proprietor) did an exceptional job coordinating everything and guiding me through the process.

Just do it! We rented out the Atrium & Cafe at the EE location for our wedding. From start to finish EE staff were more than exceptional.

When we were looking for a venue for our intimate wedding, we knew this place was it. Communication through phone calls and emails couldn’t have been any easier and informal. If I had any question it was answered right away and accommodated. I felt at ease and knew EE would take care of it, without a doubt.

The food tasting, oh my goodness so much fun and delicious!We were able to try such a large selection of foods and drinks. After this day we felt ready for our wedding. We knew it could only get better from that day. The cafe was very clean and service was quick. It also helped to know any food restriction could be dealt with. I wish EE had a restaurant open 24/7.

On our rehearsal day all staff were well mannered, friendly, and warming. They put my nerves at ease. When we practiced with the Justice of the Peace, Mike was right by our side so he could see and hear our ideas to perform a wonderful ceremony the next day.

Our big day, was a dream come true. We were guided and assisted since the day we stepped on the property the whole entire time, anything we needed, food, drinks, chairs, EE staff went right there. They moved quickly and professionally to help us stay on a great wedding timeline and with any mishaps. All staff were fun, silly, respectful to all of our wishes.

Big shout out to all EE staff, but especially Mike Burton from start to finish!

If we renew our vows we know exactly where it will be!
