Great atmosphere, very friendly bartenders, and excellent service. The only negative I have to say is the attitude of the security guards; they're very rude. When you arrive, some are very nice, but when it's time to leave, they don't even wait two minutes; they're just plain out of the way and have attitude. But otherwise, it's very good. The drinks came to $9.50, which isn't too bad. And they were very well prepared.
There is no food service. As far as I know.
I was lucky enough to win the Instagram contest for Pride and received free tickets for a party of four to attend all the events and it was truly unforgettable! The energy, the people, and the entire weekend were absolutely immaculate. I had the best time and enjoyed every moment. Huge thanks to the incredible team at Ego for making it all happen!
Always the best Providence Pride party
This place reminds me of my brothers, we love to dress up and get rough while we drink cocktails.
Y’all this block party is super shity. Cash bars only. Bad music. Don’t come. Feel ripped off.
They put towzone/ no parking up around midnight the day before or the morning of, instead of putting signs up in advance for a notice and was told by the officer the owner called to get my vehicle towed.
Security is incredibly rude. Me and two of my friends went. We went out once to my car to put our bags down and we came back and security said we were “hobbling in” and assumed we were drunk. Neither one of my friends drink. We had an incredibly bad experience at ego.
Bartenders really rude!
One of my favorite places to enjoy a night out! We travel nearly 2 hours to come here from western mass. I love the music, the vibes, the community. The block parties are amazing. I've visited for pride, new years, even on my wedding night!
Went last night for Latin night and had an encounter with a drunk creepy stalker he wouldn’t leave my friend alone and was making her hella uncomfortable. Staff handled it quickly and professionally thank you!!

Outright dangerous. I have no desire to go here. However, all I keep reading about Ego, is that it is dangerous. Many people are drugged via their drinks, and don’t remember anything. Since 2018. I have seen hundreds of threads from Providence, Reddit, and stories from people, stating this. Do not drink anything you don’t open yourself, or leave it. Please, be safe! Be/love whomever you want to be, but, be safe! Avoid here.

Honestly such a waste of 10 dollars! The men in here were so creepy! The bouncer was rude and let in everyone no matter how drunk or rude they were to other clients! Such a waste of money and time please steer clear! There are so many better places for queer people providence!

Me and my friends were in a very uncomfortable situation involving us getting surrounded by a group of men outside. When i finally got away and asked the outside security for help to get the men away from my friend, he said does your friend have legs cant she walk over here? VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL and i thought security was there to help you, but they proved they did not give one f about the situation
They Do NOT allow bisexuality in this club. I was dancing with a guy for abt 30 mins and the second I swapped to a girl I was immediately kicked out.

I had went to this club for a friend’s birthday and they tried to tell me I’m dressed “to straight” like what I thought this place was supposed to be “judge mental free” then as I’m enjoying myself after they finally let me in I started a conversation with a women who I thought was very beautiful. I then asked her if she would like to dance. She agreed and she started dancing on me. It was maybe 2 mins into us dancing I got approached by two gentleman who worked for the club and they escorted me and my other friend out of the club and then they explained to us that this is a gay club. We understood that. They continued to tell us that we were “preying on women”. Mind you we walked in and went straight to the back/outside to smoke. We didn’t attempt to talk to anyone as we were also the only ppl in the outside area. (It was 12:30. 30 min before closing on a sunday. im assuming they close at 1) I had the conversation with the girl after leaving the outside area and dancing inside the club. As me and my friend are talking to the security they snatch my friends drink out his hand completely splashing it all over him. (They broke the cup all over him) they threatened us multiple times saying they would pepper spray us or beat us up after we were trying to explain ourselves. I completely understand this is a gay club but I have been to this club multiple times and never had a problem like this. I was in ego for probably 10-15 mins the most and all this happened to me it’s completely unacceptable. If I’m having a good time and dancing with a female I deserved to get treated like dirt? All bc i “dress to straight”. Worst club ever!
