Horrible. I was finally able to place an online order after working out some of the kinks in the website only to find out that I have not changed the location to East Providence and it went to Providence location. I called to let them know they said hold on one second. I then sat on hold for 10 minutes. Had to call back was put on hold again for six more minutes. Had to call back again, only to have a manager come to the phone and say “what can I help you with” It should not be this hard.

Fish tacos were really greasy. I totally pasted my bowl that evening.
I came in with my family Friday night. And Sierra was our server. She was absolutely wonderful, my wife didn’t like the dish she ordered. Sierra had a brand new dish out within 7 minutes. Wonderful service and she definitely leaves a mark on people. Will definitely be coming back with my family and asking for sierra. :)

My family and I purchased the thanksgiving meal this year as half the family was left to work. The price was reasonable around $90 however the food came in plastic bags that were supposed to be cooked by dropping in boiling water. Storing in plastic bags isn’t a problem but having us cook/boil in the bags is putting plastic in our body. Don’t get me wrong, we took it out and placed in foil pans but still. “Hunny, the mashed potatoes taste like a zip lock bag” lol… I suggest next time buying a lot of foil pans and charging more money and putting the food in them. Squash was very watery, to the point we threw it out. I will say I buy their turkey dinner when we dine in and it’s amazing but this was a fail. The worst part, we didn’t even get a small container of their famous pickles…. For $90+ they could have given atleast a small container.

For many years I would drive by this restaurant. I heard rummers about how big the burgers were and the weirdness of just dumping fries in a paper bag. Well, the gig is up. I was shocked that the place was clean, workers wore gloves, and food was awesome. The BLT was ordered and the burger, bacon, and fresh vegetables didn't disappoint. I will go back again and again....

Gregg’s is fantastic. I will continue to eat there. This milkshake was delicious. But, it cost over $6. Not great value for money.
