We had an absolutely pleasant time. We had not been back in a little bit and it was so very wonderful. Quiet, scenic, wonderfully pleasant waiter. Won't wait so long to return!

This is so much more than a sushi restaurant. Yes, the sushi is excellent, but they also offer a wide variety of Chinese and Thai dishes, so there's something for everyone. The views are absolutely amazing, and even though we were there right in the middle of the lunch rush, it was surprisingly quiet. We had no trouble getting a great table and were able to enjoy a relaxed meal. Definitely worth a visit!

Jacky's Waterplace & Sushi Bar provides a lively and enjoyable dining experience with fresh, delicious food. The menu includes popular options like sea weed salad and rolls, along with Pad Thai, which is considered better than anywhere else. Guests often comment on the fresh vegetables and tasty seasonings that enhance each dish. The restaurant's atmosphere is vibrant, especially during Water Fire events, and the elegant space features a cool fish tank at the entrance. Many customers praise the excellent service, noting friendly staff members who offer great food recommendations and are attentive to food allergies. There are also many gluten-free options available. The location is large and beautiful, right on the water, making it a perfect place to dine with friends or celebrate special occasions. The sweet potato tempura is often highlighted as a hidden gem. While recent changes like the removal of tablecloths have been noticed, the food remains consistently good, and the lunch special offers great value. Parking is convenient, with validations for the lot across the street and complimentary valet at night. However, some customers have experienced issues, such as loud air conditioning units that chirp loudly during meals, which can ruin the atmosphere. During Waterfire nights, the restaurant can become very busy, leading to long waits for seating, slow service, and cleanliness problems, especially in the bathroom. Despite these occasional setbacks, many find the food excellent and look forward to returning.
