I'm pretty sure they dowsed my two subs in water!? Either that or they dilute the vinegar so much that it's basically water. Both subs were soggy as if they were left out in the rain and tasted bland. Staff was also slow and confused. Another place where sadly quality has declined over the years while prices went way up. Just not worth it.

you know I’m not very happy with you guys closing early. I went there at 8:54 and the door was locked. I came all the way from Cranston because I like the one in Providence because it’s cleaner and the service is better so I drove all the way from Cranston and at exactly 854. The door is locked and then when I called they said we’re about to close so whoever the manager is or assistant manager they need to keep their hours and close at 9 PM

I’m not sure why this happened but you people just wasted the time of not one, not two BUT FOUR UBER DRIVERS. I had to call you guys to cancel my order and even then you still didn’t cancel it and another driver drove there. I was told my order already got sent once??? What does that even mean??? I was hung up on right after I was told it was taken care of. No one should order online from here

I don’t know if it’s the manager or who. Online order - I SEE the order is ready in a bag, they make EVERYONE wait (manager or not, made the employee NOT give out order etc). TERRIBLE service. I feel bad for the other employees, they seem knowledgeable.

I purchased a regular Philly steak with just cheese and a regular sized club sub with lettuce, banana peppers, mayo, bacon, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar! I came home opened my sandwich and it contained bacon, mayo, banana peppers, lettuce, turkey, ham, provolone cheese and onions I did not ask for!! I called the Branch Ave location asked to speak to a manger they connected me with a shift leader named Antoinette who was just giving me answers like “okay”, “umm”, “I’m not sure what you want me to do”! Like I don’t want no money back just want to let you know how sloppy the sandwich was made bacon out of the bread on the side I didn’t asked for bacon on the side! I always order from this location never ever had a problem, love this location normally!! Antoinette needs an attitude adjustment working with the public!

Literally waited over 20 minutes in line. Employees taking 5 minutes PER customer. Absolutely ridiculous, no organization and pathetically slow. People are here on breaks and lunches half your time is spent waiting! And online ordering is even WORSE. Worst Jersey Mikes only go here if you have nothing but free time.

While I think the food is great the issue I have is your food prep folks do NOT wear head covering. The guy on the grill and the guy making sandwiches along the back wall. Both have long hair that can drop into food being prepared. Let's clean this up please and the rating gets much better.
