Literally waited over 20 minutes in line. Employees taking 5 minutes PER customer. Absolutely ridiculous, no organization and pathetically slow. People are here on breaks and lunches half your time is spent waiting! And online ordering is even WORSE. Worst Jersey Mikes only go here if you have nothing but free time.

While I think the food is great the issue I have is your food prep folks do NOT wear head covering. The guy on the grill and the guy making sandwiches along the back wall. Both have long hair that can drop into food being prepared. Let's clean this up please and the rating gets much better.

Solid choice for some quick food with lots of sizes and options (including extra toppings) for all of the family. Workers were kind and helpful when we went back because they gave us the wrong amount of change.

The employees are not friendly. They are yelling swearing always worried about there. I don't think management cares. My sandwiches where absoutley horrible. I will not be returning to this location. To all future customers.. honestly go elsewhere.

Waited in line over 20 minutes while worker talked to co worker. Walked out never go back. Only 2 slicers to make one sandwich at a time. Ridiculous

Don’t recommend if you have an allergy. I was ordering and kindly asked if they would mind changing their gloves due to a gluten allergy. The lady’s mood entirely changed. Came back a few minutes later to tell me someone would be making it in the back. She relayed my order to him by saying, “I don’t believe in gluten free but she says she has an allergy”

As someone who is fairly new to Celiacs Disease, I am insecure and already feel like a burden. Her comment was said directly in front of me and I believe it was entirely disrespectful and unprofessional. In addition, they made the wrong sandwich. This is the worst experience I’ve had thus far in the food industry regarding my dietary restrictions. Branch St location in Providence, RI.

Angry employee tonight. I’m a delivery driver and this employee is screaming profanity and saying “these people don’t know how close I am to quitting,” and being totally negative. He’s got customers walking out at this point. I am disgusted with this location. I am following through with my delivery but avoiding this location (declining orders) in the future.

Employees turned off and cleaned the grill 30 minutes before the restaurant closed. I get doing that like 10 minutes before close but 30 minutes is excessive and wrong. Messed up my plans for a sandwich

I went at 11 am and the person putting my topping on my Italian was "Incredibly" slow. Always stopping to talk when making my sub or going to the back on their phones every second. I notice how dirty the slicer and floor was and it seems that it didn't bother these workers. I have been going to this spot for many years but latley jersey mikes seemed to fall off when I stopped seeing the original crew. I hope these "newer" people put more effort into the subs but its just not the same.

I ordered Jersey Mikes from Ubereats for a large lunch order and the driver left one bag. I went to retrieve it and the place was a zoo. I commend the all of the staff for their professionalism and was impressed on how they handled a million people in the store with 15 to go tickets.

you can go to seekonk and get your food faster than this branch, even with the traffic/bridge closed. place is a joke.
