One star because I can’t do no stars….placed a delivery order on the KFC App-DoorDash driver called to tell me they gave my order to someone else. Then an employee told me I can’t place delivery orders on the app (???) and their job is to hand out DoorDash orders, they don’t have to verify they are giving them to the correct party….refused to remake the order that I paid for and make things right, and hung up on me

I brought food ask for the fries to be fresh I got the food sat down notice my fries were cold than I ask the manager if I could get the fries fresh she said no took my food back and give me the money back poor service I'll never go back there again
Mr Ilison Cándido is an excellent administrator. He works shoulder with shoulder with his staff .The food is well prepared,well served,and well packed. I was very please with the attention from the manager Mr Candido. I will recommend this place and I will go back again.
If the app says 12:10pm go at 12:30pm is never ready If the app said Drive Thrue go inside they will ask ??♀️?

very disappointed in the service, I ordered a 4-piece menu for 4 people, and what I received was 3 pieces and a miserable chicken wing and if they charged like a normal piece, it is incredible that they think that an adult can eat such a piece small
