I hadn’t been here in a while, but unfortunately it’s not as good as it used to be. Seems like they did a big remodel and got rid of the kitchen play area for kids and reduced the seating space. Cleanliness and pricing wasn’t great either, but the donuts are delicious. Just disappointing that it feels like they want you to buy their food and go rather than making it a destination.
Came here looking for a good apple fritter and the apple fritter was good not the best it could be but still yummy. The vanilla glaze is a good choice as well but I hated the chocolate frosted. The donut was dry, the frosting seemed store bought and the sprinkles were not enjoyable. I also got a cinnamon roll donut and it look so promising but there was not cinnamon throughout it was just a plain donut with cinnamon glaze. It was also a bit pricy $6/donut is a bit steep considering...
Amazingly this place is never crowded on weekday mornings making it an excellent meeting or study spot. The cinnamon buns are unparalleled in my opinion, flakey, buttery with just the right amount of sweetness. No espresso drinks, but their coffee is solid.
