Neat and tidy, great ambiance for casual dining. Phenomenal food and great service and reasonable prices. I couldn't ask for anything more... It may take a bit of searching for a parking spot, but worth the effort.

The banh mi is a particular standout, delicious and reasonably priced.

My experience at Lotus Pepper for a takeout order is the following thoughts.
A very poor explanation for the Lemongrass Chicken Bowl at $14.00.
No flavor in the chicken, white wice with a small salad offered low value in many regards. Not worth the price for mundane non flavors you can make much better at home.
1/3 a Star. Not worthy of a repeat whatsoever. I can get bland anywhere..I expected much more out of this set establishment.

Ordered takeout and it was yum.

The bahn mi arrived nice and fresh. The bread was soft and crispy. I recommend the beef!

Mushroom congee lacked a little bit of flavor, but it was decent.

I liked the grilled lemongrass chicken bowl! The chicken was soft and tender. Only wish I had more fish sauce!

Happy with my take-out! I will definitely have to try eating-in sometime 😁

I was enjoying my food here when the staff member started taking out the trash next to me. I then watched as he swept up dust 3 inches away from my feet. I looked over the white patron sitting next to me waiting to see them get their turn at this treatment but It doesn’t happen to them. This felt racially biased. I will not be returning. If you’re a person of Color be ware of this establishment.

Best banh mi in the city! Also perhaps one of the only places to get it. Customizable and quick. The teas are also amazing!

We love it here. Great meals at a good price. Very easy to call in an order for pick up. Our go to carry out spot, though the decor to eat there is simple and bright.

Takeout. A Banh Mi (pork) and the fresh shrimp rolls. The sandwich was a 5 star! The rolls were good and fresh, maybe a 4 because mostly iceberg lettuce and not terribly unique.

Has the best Bahn Mi in Rhode Island. Consistent quality bread, good sandwich build. Love their chili oil. Solid apatizers, wish they had special banh mi’s every once in a while.

I had the Pork Bahn mi and the iced coffee. Both were delicious and have me craving for a few more visits. Cute little clean spot.

Favourite bahn mi ever. The bread is lightly crispy, kind of flaky, moist, and it ends up being the perfect ratio of meat to bread even though the bread looks big bc its airy. When you take a bite, the homemade mayo really shines. It perfectly moisten the bread and carries you the perfect delivery of vinegar pickles and umami meat. Usually I order a chicken bahn mi when I go to places but here I get the beef because it is so thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned. It's absolutely insane. Its heavenly.
