Atmosphere was rather loud but upbeat music. The food was delicious. Our particular waitress was pretty horrible. In the time it took her to get us a drink, the table next to us was served and consumed their beverage before we received ours. Very inattentive. I would go back again. I would just ask for a different waitress.
Parking: About 4 or 5 spots near the restaurant. The rest is within walking distance.

Omg came here last Thursday and the food was bomb! The red snapper and mofongo was some of the best we ever had! Our waitress with the crazy green eyes i dont recall her name but she was awesome! Also the hookah was only 25$ and martinis 10$ like whatttt! where you going on fed hill for hookah and martinisthat cheap! Cant wait to come back!

Our server Filipa was nice our food was good I just wish the other servers were more In tune because filipa was the only one servicing while the others were not around or standing around good on filipa money wise but the restaurant should take this into account no doubt.

Took my husband here on Saturday for his birthday and the service was so bad. Had to keep calling for a server and when we called her to get the bill she took so long to come back I didn't even want to wait to get my money back from the change because I didn't want to tip her extra outside of the 18% that we already tipped so we just left it. If I'm paying that amount especially on federal hill I expect to have a server atleast smile and check atleast to see if we need refills/ or anything else.. it was like she went missing everytime I had to ask another server to get the checkbook. I usually order food to go from here but after this dine in experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I knew I should of went to Terra Luna to begin with.

Came here last Sunday and Everything was great. The hookah and the food were amazing ! The waitress Filipa was so nice, attentive and helpful and made our night. We had such a great conversation I almost forgot she was our server!. I recommend the sweet and spicy sesame chicken the Mongolian beef And blueberry mint hookah! Definitely a go to spot for good drinks and great conversation!
