Shockingly below par! We went on Valentine’s Day, so I have to note that it’s not the normal situation and they were clearly slammed (kudos to the wait staff for doing their best). Unfortunately, pretty much everything was well below mediocre; the drinks were genuinely awful (completely watered down), the food was average at best and cold at worst (my partner barely made it through a quarter of her frigid pasta), and the service was remarkably absent (aside from the very welcoming hostess who seated us). It was clear that the limited menu and busy night was resulting in plates made not to order, but left under heat lamps in hopes they stayed warm. Ours didn’t, and for a restaurant with such high ratings, I expected much better. We live around the corner but not a chance we’ll come back.

The ambiance in this restaurant is unparalleled. Our waiter Nick took the time to provide a brief history and was very very nice. Calamari app was Excellant. Just the right balance of savory and sweet. Doesn't even need a sauce. Shrimp scampi was nicely presented and good as well. Chicken parm was good - but.. a little tough. Overall - the entire experience was enjoyable- good food- good atmosphere- good staff. Highly recommend-/ we'll be back!

What a wonderful New Year's Eve we enjoyed last night at Maria's Cucina! The food and atmosphere were perfect to ring in 2026. We enjoyed the braciole over polenta and chicken parm. Both were delicious, and the sauce had a delicious smooth, sweetness. The staff was very attentive and friendly and we never felt rushed. I'm sure we will be returning very soon.
We were here for a work event. The food was amazing, the staff was so attentive and great to work with. They helped come up with a great menu in our budget.

The server was lovely so that was good but I'm sorry to say the food was not good at all. It was very disappointing as we were expecting great food based on prior reviews. The artichoke appetizer was tough and overcooked, and the pasta dish was completely bland with huge clams that were impossible to cut or chew. The bodino was excellent however! Unfortunately we will not return.

Very bad experience we got there and they had us in the noisiest place possible. Then we saw a big stuffed lobster coming out and we already ordered when we asked the server she said oh I forgot to tell you the special. My mom's meal was linguine with clams, white sauce, and the sauce , linguine everything was all sandy, then when the waitress bought our food, my husband and I ordered the same dish, but mine without capers, she ended up, giving me the one with the capers and my husband the one without.  This was my parents first time there and unfortunately, not a very good experience.

Wonderful and personable service. Amazing food and beautiful building and decor. Just get rid of those 4 modern, white circular lights that don't seem to be in use anyway. Beautiful chandeliers and this distracted from the beauty.
