I asked for my food to well done and it wasn't! The fries were luke warm! Took it for granted that my food was the way I ordered it and didn't check until I got home.....LESSON LEARNED!!!

The night shift sucks. Waited 6 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered only a smoothie when I pulled up to the window they took another 3 minutes to make my smoothie. U have workers just standing around talking with each other. When I got my drink, they told me they had no straw. Like whatttttt🥱

this place is unfriendly to doordash because they're open to 3:00 a.m. for in lobby pickup but they lock the bathrooms at 11:00 p.m.

I’ve visited this location twice and both times the staff at 1st window, second, and the person who handed me the food were polite in greeting and friendly. It’s a busy location and they have hard jobs & deal with difficult people, so I appreciate that they all seem to be having a good time. The food is what it is of course!
