If you are gluten free (and if you’re not!) you must come here. They use all local ingredients. The interior is minimalistic, but the dining section with the open kitchen is the best. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The gluten free biscuit is out of this world. You would NEVER know it was gluten free. We each tried the biscuit, one with bacon and one with sausage, and the sausage was the best. My only critique was they didn’t put enough bacon on the sandwich; the ratio was definitely off. The portion of a cup of soup is generous here!

Nicks is a great spot. For dates, girly get-togethers, family reunions... it's perfect for them all. The menu is top notch without being pretentious. The food is made freshly, as are the hand crafted cocktails. All in all.. a Providence gem.

Nick's has amazing food and great service. The bar seats looking into Derek's kitchen add a special appreciation of the attention given each dish! I live an hour and a half away, but during covid I drive to Providence for take out. I love taking charcuterie to go to continue the good eats to the next day.

I recently wanted to book a fun brunch spot for my birthday and reddit told me to check out Nick's on Broadway. It was BY FAR the best brunch experience I have had ever!!! I booked a table for 4 for 10:15am on a Sunday and there where people waiting outside for them to open at 10am. The place filled quickly so get there early to get a seat at the bar which let's you see the full kitchen and staff. Very cool experience! The vibe was fun and hip and they played 90's R&B music which I adore so I was loving the whole scene. The waitress asked if this was a reservation for a birthday which I was not aware if I informed them on Open Table but I did confirm it was and she left and quickly came back with 4 glasses of birthday champagne so we could do a birthday toast, how cool!!! We all ordered our meals and they came over and gave us a small yogurt parfait for the birthday experience and it was FABULOUS!!!! Our food came and it was by far the BEST brunch food!!!! Eggs cooked perfectly, handmade buttermilk biscuits, fresh greens, and the potatoes were a blend of russet and sweet potato, just FAB!!!! Then after our meals they came over and delivered the most adorable sugar cookies with a candle in one of them for me! Beyond expectations!!! All those extras, FREE!!! This place did not MISS in any aspect! They know what they are doing and I will definitely be going back! THANK YOU NICK'S!!!!

Absolutely outstanding pasta dishes the summer pasta was wonderful and the Bolognese was delish! Great new server last night could not have been better. Topped it off with the Apple Crumble! One of the best meals I have ever had !
