The food was amazing, as always. The service was great, as always. The atmosphere was incredible, as always.

Just a little out of the way from downcity, but I'm really glad I checked this out. Heard about it, and finally made my way. Will be a regular from now on. From being greeted with a glass of prosecco, to our perfectly done octopus black ink risotto, to a cassoulet to die for, topped off with bread pudding. OMG. This is a must. Plus the energy from the kitchen just makes it more vibrant. Make your way there, you won't be disappointed!

Nicks has been one of my favorites for a long time but I was very disappointed with how long the food took to come out this time. An hour for an Eggs benny and some pancakes? That's a little insane. Food is always very good, and service from wait staff is great and friendly. Just pick up the pace a little. Maybe it was a bad day.

Fabulous all around. Food and service great. A bit too noisy. Happily not obnoxious loud music - just could use some dampening of people noise...

Maybe I was just not keen for their brunch offerings. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. But I was not really excited about the food. Service was good! Ambiance good. But $80 for brunch for two with no alcohol and responding eh about the food. I wanted to really like it.

One of the very best in Providence. Every aspect of this place brings me genuine joy, and I look forward to any excuse to come here. (I bring everyone here!!)

The tasting menu never disappoints. It's a pleasure to enjoy Nick's on Broadway year over year.

The food is always the center stage at Nicks. Quality, unique blend of flavors, locally sourced are equally balanced. The kitchen staff are on center stage and demonstrate top notch professionalism. The wait staff are professional as well and VERY attentive. All of these wonderful components at a reasonable price point!!!

I went to Nick's for lunch with a friend in advance of the holiday. When we arrived at noon the restaurant was about half full, but became completely full by the time we left two and a half hours later. I was disappointed by the lack of gluten free/dairy free options. I ended up having to have a salad because it was the only thing I could eat. I would have preferred a warm dish. The greens in my salad were not as fresh as I would have liked, although I appreciate that they were locally sourced. My friend got the risotto, which looked good. We were shocked though that it took over an hour to get our food. Service was not as attentive as we would have hoped and we should have been notified of any delays rather than us having to ask what was taking so long. The waitress really should have come over more to inform, apologize and offer alternatives. When I've been before, they have at least offered a free amuse bouche or drink to make up for the delay. It's honestly the lack of choices and inefficiency that keeps me from going more often. It's really such a shame, because it's conveniently located for me and delicious when they're on their game.

Loud and service was very slow. Food was solid, good flavors, good execution. Great value for the food quality. It the rest of it was meh.

If you are gluten free (and if you’re not!) you must come here. They use all local ingredients. The interior is minimalistic, but the dining section with the open kitchen is the best. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The gluten free biscuit is out of this world. You would NEVER know it was gluten free. We each tried the biscuit, one with bacon and one with sausage, and the sausage was the best. My only critique was they didn’t put enough bacon on the sandwich; the ratio was definitely off. The portion of a cup of soup is generous here!

Incredible food, kind and diligent staff, and a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere. This is the kind of place you take friends to show the best local places Providence has to offer. Fantastic oysters too!

The dining options are limited & the wine list is extensive. It's a definite must try. Food was amazing

We sat at the chefs counter and it was so amazing to watch and hear them all working together to prepare the food, which was amazing! Make a reservation but be prepared to still wait for the food, which is well worth it!
