Eclectic atmosphere with an eclectic menu filled with Italian, American and Asian cuisine. Great customer service, friendly chef that is eager to please guests. Portuguese sweet bread on a sandwhich is a pleasant departure from a standard hoagie roll. Great spot!

Ordered breakfast take out and received a text saying my order was ready, but when I got to the restaurant, it was obvious that they never even started making it. Things like this happen, so it wasnt really that much of a big deal, but after sitting there for 40 minutes and being asked by four different employees what my order was, they still never even started making it. I ended up getting a refund and by then, it was time for lunch. The restaurant wasn't crowded, so I'm not sure what the issue was, but I won't go back or recommend this restaurant to anyone
Loved this place! Had a veggie omelette that was LOADED with fresh vegetables and tender and popping with flavor. The clientele were friendly and chatty (I was dining alone and enjoyed the banter.) the staff and service was outstanding. If you find yourself in downtown Providence, stop in here.

Took 40 minutes after ordering to get some toast for our 2 year old - no one said anything or really cared. No refills offered on the coffee I ordered the entire time we were waiting. Our food took close 55 minutes after ordering to arrive and at best could be described as “edible”.

The staff was friendly, but that couldn't help that we waited 30+ minutes for our coffee, water, and an orange juice in a mostly empty restaurant.
They were out of both chicken and veal at lunchtime, so we went with eggplant parm and the egg/waffle combo.
We enjoyed the food when it arrived about 50 minutes after ordering, and I would recommend it. The art on the walls was really cool too.
It's a cool spot, but I don't think we'll be back given how long everything took.

Ate here during brunch hours. Got a breakfast sandwich which was very good. The waitress/bartender was very friendly and service was prompt. Would definitely return when in the area.

I have tried breakfast twice and one lunch. The first day I was warned prior to being seated, the wait would be long. One guy walked around making conversation at different tables instead of helping. Breakfast was good, but they only have one type of sausage (italian). The servers did a good job trying to help all the tables. Breakfast the next day was good and service was prompt. Decided to try lunch the following day, where I tried the Sunny side up smash burger, which seemed to be a frozen patty. Not a fan. Meat was very tough and patty was way smaller than the bun. Will stick to breakfast.

The food was tasty but came atleast 45 mins of ordering. The staff seemed stressed out and overworked. I would recommend them to get some extra help especially on the weekends. Not a pleasant expensive for a family visiting from out of state.

I recently dined here and the food could be described as mediocre. The burger is not a real burger, more like a skinny frozen patty. Upsetting because they are charging the price of a real burger. This burger ingredients must not be of good quality-fake tasting- it could not be made anything other than well done ( which is a red flag). If your kinda thing is McDonalds but 4x the price then this might be your spot. Their ketchup also has high fructose corn syrup and I bet their syrup is the cheap sticky stuff. With that said my friends ordered some breakfast items and they seemed relatively pleased so I would say those may be worth the shot. In general as a place their service is upsetting. I accidentally left my jacket at the restaurant ( I’m an out of town guest) and I asked if they could leave it in an adjacent venue since Nicobellas closes early and I would be getting back to providence in the afternoon for my bus back out to New York. I had called first thing in the morning and left all my information and spoke with them for a good bit on how appreciative I would be. They agreed to leave it at Dunkin. Once I got to Dunkin’ Donuts in the afternoon they said they did not have my jacket and that no one stopped by. My heart sank. I know it’s not the restaurants job to do this but it was a kind gesture and just shows you the kind of service they are “willing to provide”. What happened to being human?! Keep in mind Dunkin is right next to their business.. I digress, to my surprise the Dunkin donut employees took the extra effort to try to help me locate my jacket! They walked me over to nicobellas to see if the bar that operated at night was still open and took my phone and number and promised they would follow through. I did not even dine at Dunkin!!! WOW. And it’s a faster food joint ? Since I left back on the bus that afternoon I had to rely on the kindness of the workers at Dunkin to get my jacket back ( which was special to me as I had a piece of jewelry from my mothers in the pocket of the jacket). Anyways the kind workers of Dunkin mailed my jacket and it ended up costing me $36 but Im sending them more for the inconvenience as I wait to receive my jacket . As someone who isn’t swimming in dough at the moment it’s disheartening to think this could have all been avoided if they would’ve taken a minute to leave my jacket at Dunkin at any point in the day so I would be able to retrieve it before heading out of town. Side note : I had to call them the next morning and they did end up giving the jacket to Dunkin because they were NOT willing to ship it. Seriously ?? Thank god for kind people that go the extra mile. Can’t say that about Nicobellas.

Went there 6/15/2024
Sat down around 11
Another customer sat down at 11:20
That guest received there food and left before us
When two of our group order the biscuits and gravy the meal was inedible, the gravy was completely burnt and tasted like trash , seemed like it was the bottom of the pot.
They forgot my girlfriend’s order when they brought everyone else there food. Waited another 8 mins for her food , then realized they forgot the toast I ordered, I remained the waitress and she didn’t say something till giving us our check saying” omg I’m sorry I forgot your toast” honestly won’t ever be returning to NicoBella’s , trash experience
