Got an everything bagel on a Saturday and it was for sure a day old. It was so stale. I asked for it toasted and scooped out. It wasn’t. I paid for a cookie and didn’t get a cookie. Also they had to remake my coffee. For a place with a bagel in its name - I’ve never had a worse bagel in my life

My family and I cannot enter safely. Zero accommodation for non-drivers.
No bike rack, and no sidewalk entrances or check-for-pedestrian signage, causing close calls between drivers and those walking in. They don't even shovel their sidewalks when it snows.
I'm tired of having to fear for my family's lives every time we try to enter. We used to come every week and promote you guys. Haven't come back since.

I was looking for a place to eat breakfast early, many in Providence were closed. But I saw this place and checked out the reviews, the menu. And was delighted by the high ratings and cheap menu. So I drove over and was, well, a bit put off, to say. Just 2 years ago the menu was significantly cheaper. What I had expected based on an apparently outdated menu to cost me about $7 instead cost me $10. But the food was delicious, I got the Federal Hill on an asiago and it was hot, greasy, and just what I needed. Place is really worn out and needs updating. Staff was friendly and fast.

Been going here for years. Food is generally good but they only get your order right about half the time, even if you order directly off the menu. So check your order before you leave, especially if you have allergies.

Food is generally good but order at your own risk if ordering takeout. Particularly from a third party as they often fail to include parts of your order while stapling the receipt to the bag as if they did.
Edit: I figured I’d try again (busy house in the mornings with three adults and two kids so we order breakfast Saturday mornings) once again Providence bagel skips some of our items and seals the bag with a receipt that says everything is inside. Terribly disappointing. Don’t order out from here.

Nothing more to tell, great bagels with fixings! Really anything, anyway on a bagel of your choice.

They are always out of supplies, resulting in wasted trips to the location. Other times they miss adding key ingredients to the order and don’t tell you about it.
Their lox spread tastes like heaven on an Asiago bagel

Holy moly this place is so bad. They didn't have bagels, the $9 breakfast sandwich was the worst I can remember. I threw it out. Makes sense they have terrible reviews. First and last time. McDonald’s puts this place to shame.

Excellent sesame bagel. I asked for it well toasted and they delivered. Very friendly staff. Maybe a tiny bit pricey, but worth it
