Placed a mobile order, only for them to say they did not receive it. They then took the order down manually, and served many others with their orders whom walked in after me, making me wait over 30 minutes for them to even begin MAKING my order. over all, I waited an hour for my order I placed ahead of time.

Came here for RI Food Fights. Not sure why you would promote new customers to your business when it is so unbelievably disgusting. The space is dingy, bathroom is so disgusting there was unflushed waste and urine on the ground. While my boyfriend and I were sitting waiting for our order the largest ant I have ever seen jumped off of the wall onto him. The employees were cold and impolite and the food was mediocre at best.

Prices on Google are outdated, most sandwiches are $1.50-$2.00 than advertised. I'll delete this review when it has been updated. Thanks

Got a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese today and it just tastes like salt. No flavor. I wish they’d bring back the honey walnut cream cheese.

Amateur Bagels. Under risen usually. Muddy, heavy. Clearly no one making the dough, rising dough or baking has enough experience. Even frozen bagels from Queens or Brooklyn are better than this.
