This is my third or fourth time dining at Mokban, and I took my parents here this time for some soup since they weren't feeling great. My mom ordered the Chicken Ginseng soup, and my dad the Dumpling soup in beef broth. Both were impressed with the presentation and satisfied with the experience. Always a pleasure dining here!

This was my first experience with Japanese and Chinese infused dining, and I am speechless by the most incredible cuisine. Yan truly was the highlight of our day with her warm personality and attentiveness. We truly have never had a more welcoming atmosphere and she is an icon!

The Mala Rosé Ragù is one of the best noodle dishes I have ever had. The left overs are even amazing. This is an extremely good restaurant and I highly recommend it!

I genuinely love this place so much. The PVD chicken ramen is the best I’ve ever had. I dreamt about it thrice after I ate it for the first time. It is so delicious with the soft egg and miso paste! Also, my friends loved the special pork skewers. This place is a hidden gem and a 10/10.

What's not to love about this place. Cute servers, great service and delicious food. My order was ready very quick, and for those that might struggle with the spicy stuff, they even have pepto bismal on deck just in case 😉 all in 25$ for a meal and tea.

This fantastic little noddle spot hidden in Providence can’t be missed. If you like Asian noodles of different styles and varieties… Need to hit this spot. Service was friendly and helpful with the menu. The drinks were creative and delicious and accompanied the perfectly cooked noodles nicely.

The food was mid, flavor was bland and not rich as most Ramen is. Chicken was rubbery, overcooked, service was awful. The guy was confused when taking our order, the food came out at different times and one person didn’t get his food until we reminded him it was still on the counter. We were only a party of 4. We had to ask a couple of times for a refill on our water and ask for the bill. We’ve been to Wara Wara and it was no where near as flavorful or good customer service like them. Too bad, was really looking forward to tying this place:(

mediocre food, robot-like & cold service. Leaving a tip at discretion is customer’s privilege, that’s why I was annoyed as the waitress EDUCATED me to leave tips.

First and last visit. No recommendation.

Portion sizes here really deserve a shoutout — every dish felt generous. The pork katsu don was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with two full cutlets. Super tasty, though it would be even better if the meat were a bit more tender and juicy. It was my first time trying a cold version of chawanmushi — slightly salty, but the uni and roe were super fresh, and at $9, it felt like a great deal. The cold soba-udon combo was unique, and the chicken ramen came with grilled skewers instead of the usual sliced meat, which was a fun twist. In terms of value, this place is a solid 5/5, and flavor-wise, it definitely beats most ramen spots in Boston.”
