Came here for the first time tonight, came with a friend. We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Ray. He greeted my friend and I with a smile. And then We were greeted by Shonna and her trainee. Both very nice and funny. My friend and I ordered the cheeseburger Pizza and fried pickles. Food was delicious. We were very happy with our service. A recommendation to the owner. You should install a jukebox in the pool hall that way we can listen to some old modern rap or rock while playing some pool.

Unfortunately literally saw a mouse run out of the kitchen and past my table. I witnessed staff pick things up off of the floor and proceed to prepare meals without gloves. And to top it off the manager had a major attitude when I mentioned these things to him. I can’t say for sure that he was intoxicated but his approach to me was almost aggressive from the start. I always have the upmost respect and poise no matter the circumstance or scenario I’m in so that was very disappointing to not be treated as such. Upon leaving I told the manager that the type of service we received deserved a review for people to be aware of what they might experience there. And he responded by saying “Go ahead, and if you do that I will be sure to debunk your review anyway, have a nice night.” In short is was just a horrible experience all in all, I had one weekend to spend in RI and it was the absolute lowest point in our entire stay there by far.

Jenna is amazing! She took care of us, made us feel welcome, and even had a few laughs with us. I was there visiting and meeting old friends and she kept up with it flawlessly. Jenna thank you so much!!!
