They gave me a regular cold foam and when I said it was supposed to have oat milk they just gave me a cup of oat milk to put in myself. IF YOU WANNA BE CHARGED TO MAKE YOUR OWN DRINK THEN GO HERE. I usually stop into this Starbucks location after dropping my kid off to Kennedy plaza to take the bus. Typically I'm in and out within 5 minutes. I usually am still in my pajamas or workout clothes but I sat in there and waited about 20 minutes today, that is not what I expected ?. This morning at 7:30 am the staff of two seemed overwhelmed. It definitely affected the kind of service they would usually be able to provide.
