I used to go at least several times a week. One day I stopped in to use the bathroom and the manager wouldn’t let me without a purchase! I called Starbucks to complain, never heard from them. Now I go to Cafe Nero down the street.

The Starbucks app says this location is open today, a holiday, but it lies. Went a long way out of my way to come here, past a dozen other Starbucks who went to the trouble of marking themselves closed in the app, but I suppose this location doesn't care about their customers' time.

The place is very dirty and the staff didn’t help with their poor service. The only employee who had a smile was the one getting trained. The one training was very unpleasant. The place itself needs a good cleaning also.

my god this is the worst starbucks, see the photo for the amount of the beverage they give. Ridiculous! And they said yes you just give this if you don’t want ice. I don’t understand, the easiest way you can do is add some water because ice is water, I just don’t want get frozen! Is that hard?! Trash service

Depending on the time of the day you visited, the staff is not as friendly at this Starbucks location. You have to ask for a bag, mess up your order, and restroom not open to the public per staff. Sticky floors. The norm …. Time of the day staff issues gives poor services. The positive on a busy street and their Pumpkin loaf.
