Typically enjoy my over priced warm drink but the other day- maybe it was rush hour- they gave me a grande cup of pike roast from the bottom or very old. There was a scoop of ground coffee in my cup when i dumped it bc I couldn't drink it. Maybe I w as because I redeemed my points and bc I didn't pay they gave me what I paid for. A bad cup of coffee messes up your day

Sometimes they take long and they are short with you when you ask about your items. Sometimes they are sweet when you aren't asking them about where your items are. Most drinks are made well. Obviously expensive. Anything made with steamed milk is just a cup of foam. Lol delicious foam.

Every barista here is super sweet and very capable, especially given that they are dealing with the constant rush of Brown students, tourists on Thayer, and folks getting off at the bus stop right outside. You can usually find a table of some type of you want to sit and there's usually not too much of a wait. Best vegan option is probably soy milk since, as with most Starbucks, they are always out of Oat Milk (no hate to them! Just a warning to my vegan peeps). A great place...
