I like the recent update with the comfortable furniture and design. It makes a difference if you're sitting for a while. Just wish they could dim the light a bit near the fireplace. The outside patio is always nice in the warmer weather. Food/service is decent.

We get coffee here every time we stay near Wayland Square. Why.? Either that or buy our relative a coffeemaker and coffee. There is lovely outdoor seating in season. Otherwise, there are comfy armchairs by the fireplace inside. So A+. You know the menu so I need not go into that. There is a terrific bookstore and a CVS right across the street. We walk but I suspect parking easy.

Relaxfull atmosphere. Plenty of reading going on here. Comfortable chairs. No one is rushing you out. Pleasant staff Peter was particularly helpful and pleasant.

I’ve been a regular customer here for years since I work nearby, and I usually order matcha almost every day. The staff are always friendly, but I think the quality of the drinks could be more consistent. It’s rare that I receive my drink exactly as requested, especially when I order for adjustments to sweetness or the strength of the matcha. Many times, my requests seem overlooked, and the drinks have varied a lot, sometimes bland, sometimes okay, and occasionally not even filled properly. It’s disappointing, especially for the price I pay, though I’ve never complained in person since I don’t want to be late for work. I really hope the baristas can pay more attention to preparing drinks as requested.

Comparing this Starbucks to what seems like dozens of others we have visited, this location has that same always friendly staff. Has my favorite egg whites / red pepper bites & the good vibes. We found the parking this location provides to be particularly convenient.

Horrible and dirty Starbucks. Great place to come if you want to pay for a drink, wait an hour, and never be served your beverage. Rude baristas as well. Had waited over an hour for my drink and had asked if I can cancel it. Was told I can wait at the register to get a refund but no one was even at the register. One worker wearing a black mask with mid length black hair was so rude to customers while he did nothing and his other coworkers were making drinks. You could've simply helped with a refund instead of giving an attitude standing there doing nothing.

Outstanding Starbucks, with a cool atmosphere, lots of different seating areas (communal table, small tables, armchairs) plus outdoor seating. There's a fireplace, and the usual Starbucks swag shelf -- this one is well stocked. A community bulletin board adds to a positive vibe, but most of all, the baristas slay! They make good drinks and know how to chat and connect with their customers. A lost art! Across the street from cute shops and a bookstore, with a parking lot adjacent.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options for the baked goods and breakfast sandwiches, but sadly Starbucks still lacks any vegan options! (Not a fault of this Starbucks, but the whole company. Get on it!)
