When you think of Federal Hill dining, Thai food isn’t generally the type of cuisine that comes to mind. However Thailand Modern Eatery is worth the visit! Its quaint, the menu items (I’ve tried many) are delicious and fresh, the staff is kind and humble, and its BYOB!!!
