I am only giving a 5 star because service was amazing. Unfortunately my chicken was not cooked through and it had already taken a long time to get our food. I decided not to reorder. The waitress Julissa was extremely sorry and so was the manager. The manager took off my food and gave me a free cheesecake. Everyone else’s food was good. Julissa was an excellent waitress.
I’ll say food is consistent. Although the actual server may be pleasant and friendly service is ALWAYS SO SLOW. We wait at least 10-15 min every time we visit for just our drinks. We make sure we look at the menu while waiting for our table so when we get seated we can give server everything the first time we get greeted because service is always so slow.
I really wanted to hate the Cheesecake factory. I hate going into Providence and parking there. And I didn't like the parking. They also sat us in those seats that are pretty close to the next table. But the food was good. The drinks were delicious and the cheesecake amazing. The service was good and all in all I enjoyed the night.
