Didn't realize this was a hotel restaurant when we got reservations. But it met what we were looking for menu, price, and availability wise. Food was some of the best value you're going to find at a sit-down in Providence, and shockingly the fries were the talk of the night, they were awesome. Anyway! Don't sleep on it and thanks to the staff for being great and super attentive, place deserves more traffic
My only knock on this place is looks like they are worried about overhead cost as there isn't enough staff. There was only one bartender and one cook who at times had to make the long to bring out the food. No complaints on the bartender or the buger and fries as they were great. It's a college town quit being cheap and hire people so your restaurant can be full.
After a long day exploring Providence, we stopped by The Vig for a nightcap. Our bartender, Frank, was fantastic—friendly, personable, and gave us a great recommendation for the next day: Federal Hill.
