im born and raised in japan and honestly places like these need to appear more often in the us. fusion restaurants are honestly SO AWESOME and it really appeals to more people in these areas :) all the food was great and although a bit expensive, pretty worth it. service was great and so was the atmosphere aswell, 10/10
Food was good. Me and my husband ordered 30 hr ramen, which was very good and full of flavor. Hakka eggplant was not the best that I tried, some flavor was missing. Pork belly bun was ok, meat was a little more chewy than it should be. Our friends ordered duck ramen, it was not very good, very little flavor.

Parking wasn't too hard to find, and it's a nice area to walk around in anyways. We had reservations, so I can't speak for wait times, but the place did seem super busy - both for take out and dine in.
