The veggie boa was very good! Ignore the missing dumpling in the photo, I ate it before I thought to take a photo. My friend had ramen and she really enjoyed the egg that came in it.

I recently visited Y Noodle Bar for the first time, and I can’t express enough how impressed I was. Although I’m not usually one to try new places, I was craving ramen, and since our usual spot was closed, we discovered this gem online. Typically, I stick to ordering the same dish at our regular ramen joint, so I was a bit nervous about trying something new. However, our server, Adam, was phenomenal. He expertly recommended the perfect dish based on my usual preferences and even added some thoughtful suggestions that truly blew me away. Adam’s kindness, helpfulness, and genuine care made us feel valued as new customers. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re new to ramen or looking for great food advice. If I could, I’d give Y Noodle Bar 10 stars, but since I can only give five, I’ll say thank you for an outstanding experience!

One of the best restaurants in the whole city, and amazing service!!! I'm a flexible vegan and there were a few solid vegan options. If your vegetarian/vegan, I'd suggest double-checking with the server matches your needs. I didn't and the one option i chose had pork in it, but the server and manager realized immediately and offered multiple times to remake it vegan for me. I said pork was okay since im not obligate vegan and eat meat every so often, and more importantly it looked way too delicious to go to waste. I was 100% right, it was one of the best meals I've had in months. My partner is also vegan and got a vegan option and hers was just as good. This is the first time I've given a 5 star review to a spot when I accidentally got meat, but the service was incredibly accommodating and the food was remarkable. While I hope they make the menu more clear going forward, giving Y Noodle & Bar anything less than 5 stars would be wrong. I'll definitely be coming back, and I hope others come too!!
Vegetarian options: Menu isn't always clearest, but there are options labeled vegan and vegetarian. More important, the staff was incredibly accommodating.

Got the spicy miso ramen and initially was good but as I ate, it got more and more salty. The portion size was reasonable for the price. The live house music playing made it a little hard to have a conversation, but overall decent.

Y Noodle and Bar was a beyond disappointing dining experience. We landed on this establishment in large part because of its proximity to our Airbnb and their various noodle options, and Overall, the most positive part of our experience was the service and ambiance. Now to my ratings of the food:
-Pork belly cotton candy- delicious and inventive. By far the best thing we had all evening. The green onion nicely cuts the sweetness of the cotton candy (5/5)
-Y Dan Dan noodles: incredibly disappointing, bland and quite off putting, especially considering the numerous positive reviews online. Everything from the noodles and sauce to the shrimp tempura lacked flavor and balance. The best part of this dish was the marinated egg. In fact, this dish was so bad that we politely asked if we could exchange this dish for something else on the menu (i.e. something we actually would eat) and shockingly, the chef wouldn't allow it. This is not a request that I make lightly and it is the first time a business has declined to offer a substitute dish that I would be able to actually consume. I can only assume that the chef’s ego couldn’t handle someone not liking their dish...(0/5)
-sake trio: decent, note they won't actually give you unfiltered nigori as an option and one of the sakes tasted like sprite (2.5/5)
- tuna tartar: please don't bother ordering this dish either! The masago on top has no place in this dish which was served with bell peppers (not avocado) on salad with a watered down sauce. My partner described this as the worst tuna tartar she has EVER had...ever. (1.5/5)
Overall, I will never come back to this restaurant. This was the WORST meal I've had in a VERY long and it cost me $100. There are plenty of other (better) restaurants in the area to chose from, so don't bother wasting your time or money on this one.

The food is generally delicious here, and I especially like dumplings. But the loud singing that started all of a sudden interferes with my dinner. I had to scream to talk to my partner while eating, and I didn't want to stay in the restaurant for long. The server was nice and the food was delicious, but the loud music made me run out of the store. It wasn't music, it seemed like a DJ was just screaming for his hobby. It's terrible

No. There are plenty of great restraunts in Providence, but the Y Noodle us just not it. Food was subpar. Service was great, no complaints there. Loud music. But my meal was not something I would recommend. I won't be returning.

Decent size parking lot. Location is pretty easy to find. After exiting my vehicle I could smell all the wonderful food from the parking lot. The restaurant is a little small, but it wasn't too busy and there was not a wait. They have a unique selection of beer, wine, sake, soju, soda, and other beverages. There are many delicious appetizers to order. I ordered takoyaki because I never tried it and always see people eating it in some movies and shows. It was pretty good. Also never tried soup dumplings and this seemed like the perfect place to try it for the first time. There are several varietirs of soup dumplings to choose from. I chose the crab dumplings. To enjoy with the soup dumplings I ordered the kimchi fried rice. It gets served in a large bento box and come with salad and sides. I was stuffed. The ramen also looked really good, will have to try it next time. I recommend, gyoza, thai tea, and the soup dumplings.
