Unexpected Gem — A Total Win

What a savior for the night! Stumbled across this place on a whim after our original dinner plans fell through, and it turned out to be the best surprise.

The atmosphere is 100% on point — cozy, stylish, and the old school R&B playing in the background set the perfect vibe. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, which instantly made the experience feel special.

Food is bomb every time. I love the spicy stir fry udon, scallion pancakes, matcha tiramisu. Ambience is fire. Details!! Also service is hit or miss but foods worth it. there’s one kid that works there as a busser- Jairo - who is diligent and professional and to our delight, he’s a server at another Providence restaurant on college hill. We had him as a server at this other spot and he is so bright, witty, driven, charming, and lovely! I hope he becomes a server at Y Noodle...

Places simply amazing. Dishes are done well and on point. The broth of the was sweet, salty, bitter savory all of the good Umami flavors. Noodles were cooked perfectly in the pork was just delicious. Soup dumplings are some the best I ever had. In the trio of Bao Buns were nommy!
