“The staff went above and beyond for us! I went through the drive through with my two teen boys after band practice late in the evening and there was only one coffee cake muffin left! The boys started squabbling over who got to have it and who would get the "lame" chocolate chip one. The kind and helpful folks divided the coffee cake muffin in half for us and even combined with the chocolate chip halves into two packages, sure made my life easier. Thanks guys! ?“

“I gave the 4 stars based on the consistency. There are some mornings depending on who is working that my coffee is perfect. Then there are those mornings when I have to have it remade, and it's still incorrect. Otherwise, this is my favorite Dunkin.“

“I went in for a quick grab of donuts and some breakfast. I asked for the French crullers. The kid helping me stated that they don't sell them anymore...but really meant to say they aren't getting enough stock of it. She was nervous and I was quite ok with the response. But boy that manager in there probably could use some "management skills" while correcting her employee...the poor kid was so embarrassed.“

“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“Went to drive-through got the wrong coffee went back Robyn was not only helpful but extremely cheerful. Replaced the coffee with a smile and a joke could not ask for a better customer service. Robyn is truly an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and all customer service people could take a lesson from her. Thank you Robyn for making my day. By the way, it was 4:30 in the morning. And she was so cheerful.“

“Ik it was 12 pm and not 7 am but the young man working September 3rd 2024 12pm was a absolute rockstar at his job my loaded hash browns was absolutely perfect and my frozen coffee was on point so tired places and people half fasting stuff and he did not and it was worth writing this review for ! “So i went to the dunkin on 602 killingly street bagel toasted with butter the most simple order you could ask for i go all the way home to find out not only was my order wrong the bagel was awful and they put a whole bottle of cream cheese on it i go all the way back show them what i received all i asked for was the 5 dollars back and a new bagel and coffee because it was getting warm. i didn’t ask for the other 11$ worth of stuff i ordered and the manger who was a dumb young girl who shouldn’t step foot in a dunkin again wouldn’t give me the bagel and coffee and refund it was either i get the food or refund making me chose after clearly showing her what was wrong i then i just got my 5 dollars back and left with no food and went to 39A putnam pike dunkin and explained my situation to the manager Gina who was very respectful, helpful, and listened with no questions asked gave me my bagel and coffee free of charge she is a good explain of how a manger should be and act i was very thankful i hope cooperate sees this and finds out who was working at the killingly johnston dunkin around 12am on july 26th because she is a idiot and along with whatever idiot made the bagel.“

“Went to Dunkin on 1199 chopmist hill road yesterday. There were two people working. One was drive-through and the other was counter. Lines were at each one but nobody was mad because they were running and one of them was 7 month’s pregnant. One person came in to start her shift and it took a while for her to go help her fellow co-workers. The whole thing is a huge safety issue and those two women deserve recognition for the way they handled a very difficult situation. We gave the two of them a nice tip.“
