Food wasn't made correctly, friendly waitress at first but switch soon after. The new waitress didn't have much of a great attitude when we explained what we were missing from our food. Gave an attitude when we explained we paid for extra of something and didn't get it. This was the first time I have had bad service here. It'll be a while before coming back but I hope it'll be better soon.
Have only been a couple times and it's been great the chowder & cakes were very tasty

Hard to believe, but I was actually charged additionally for ordering extra onions on weiners. What an insult. 3 weiners almost $2 for a few chopped onions.

Today was our last time coming to a&w befor we move to another state an tonight i was disappointed i had a white/blue tint on my hamburger bun i was polite an asked the woman who was working there either if this is mold. She told me it came from the grill and walked away. So I took the buns off my hamburger an just ate the meat. Didn't even offer to make another one. I would of been happy if I just got a new bun lol.

Always good food and service.The mushroom burger was melty and delicious, we had the French fries and onion rings and of course a root beer float!!! A must stop if you are in the area.

talk about going back in time this place is over 125 years old and it's awesome you can order right from your car they come right to you and you can eat in your car but I would suggest making sure you have tons of napkins because if you get the cheeseburgers they are messy good! the root beer floats oh they're so good you definitely have to get one!
Im sorry I came and bothered the woman behind the counter to get my expensive no better than McDonald's food.

The service was great and friendly. The tables and area were very clean! Kudos to the staff! This is cash only but they have an ATM right there for your use. There are also some banks a few blocks away.

The food was nothing out of the ordinary as far as fast food goes. Our waitress was very professional and pleasant! It's just an old fashioned drive-up place that used to be cool, but now we have the other fast food, drive-up restaurant.
