Blackie's Reviews
I’ve always loved Blackie’s as a restaurant, but hosting my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party there made me appreciate it even more. Everything about the event was absolutely wonderful. The private room was beautiful and decorated so nicely, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration. It was the perfect mingling space where everyone could comfortably move around, socialize, and enjoy the party together.

If you want to spend $25 for a mediocre take out burger with no sides this is the place for you! I've been to Blackies a handful of times, always hoping it'll improve, and always dissapointed. Food is usually good but service is bottom of the barrel, every single time, drinks left empty, food delays, incorrect food once it eventually comes.

As a celiac and dairy free person it is most exciting to eat out and have options and delicious options at that! David , our server was attentive, informative, enjoyable and all around excellent. Dinner was yum. Thank you very much.

Blackie's restaurant offers an excellent dining experience, especially on their new patio. The staff provides outstanding service, and the menu features delicious dishes like the Proper Patty Melt and Chicago beef-inspired filet. Many customers praise the gluten-free options, such as the spinach and ricotta calzone, which is flaky, crisp, and filled with delicious cheese. The chicken melanese is cooked to perfection, and the pasta with zucchini ribbons and grape tomatoes in butter and oil is highly recommended. The restaurant often has no wait, and drinks are served quickly. While prices may be high, the food is outrageously good, and the free valet parking and strong drinks add to the value. It's a favorite spot for gluten-free diners and those willing to travel for quality food.
