Food, service, and prices are always good. This is one of their more popular locations so the wait for your food can sometimes be a bit. Otherwise always satisfied when I go to Chelo's.

Everything was decent had the turkey sandwich lunch special tasted good and price was reasonable. Fries were terrible soggy and greasy asked for new plate and was brought to me but were the same.???So service with Jess at the bar 5⭐️hostess for getting me new fries 5⭐️ They even took the soup off the bill. Keep up the good work front end. Back end stop cooking fries too long and reheating them in grease!!!

I don't remember Chelo's being this good when I lived here many years ago, but I loved the diverse menu, we had great service and the portions were solid.

Excellent dinner! My husband got the fish & chips and I got a roast beef sandwich. Food was great! Waitress was very attentive. She was amazing!

Shelves all around the booths are always full of dust.
Every couple of weeks I suggest that they dust.
It really makes you think..what I am not seeing.
The last month the chicken is very salty. Not the skin all in the meat.
Today I could not eat it after a few bites.
Don't understand why it taste like it's been soaked in salt.
Been having this for years,
always good, sorry to say the the cook has to be adding tons of salt.
This the 4th time in a row, eat here 2 times a week, I hope I don't have to go elsewhere, everyone are so nice.
The manager did not come over. Our server said she told someone, this is the 3rd server that told us they said something.

Worst service I have seen in years. Waiter was ok but waited a long time for food. One and done here in Smithfield.
