The Coffee Connection in Smithfield is hands down the best coffee shop around. Since moving to the area, I’ve been looking for my new go-to spot, and I’m so glad I found this place. The food is absolutely fabulous, the prices are great, and you can tell the management really knows how to run things—everything is smooth, welcoming, and well organized.

Coffee Connection is easily one of my favorite spots. The coffee is always excellent, but what really makes it awesome is the people. The whole staff is seriously some of the nicest, most genuine folks around — they always greet you with a smile and actually remember you. Joey, the GM, sets the tone for the place and you can tell everyone loves working there. Just an overall great vibe every time I stop in.

Unfortunately, too many poor experiences with service. Last night, we went over an hour before it closed… And we had to talk the employees into making something off their menu. They said they had already closed their stations. It is tacky, business, practice, and very frustrating. Either change your hours, or change your practices. I know this is New England, but I grow weary of the apathetic attitude in the young people...
