Just stood at counter. 4 employees behind counter no one acknowledges me. They look at me and continue to talk about taxes and all 4 of them are making one coffee for drive thru. Terrible service Everytime I come to this location. Go elsewhere people. There are plenty of others around.

Plant sausage is gross, the store in Smithfield in Fast Freddy's. Why, why, why is there no trash barrel outside to put the trash from your car from the last stop. The workers won't take it either because they say they can't. Hello corporate, put a damn trash out. What do it shop does not have chocolate milk anymore. No more milks period. I think I have to move on to another site. Sorry. Too bad cuz I there one to times a day.

I visit this Dunkin donuts at least 6 days a week on the way to work, sometimes I'm there as they're opening for the day. Joe, who opens most mornings, is quick with a friendly greeting, takes our orders promptly and always delivers our orders made to perfection, sometimes he's got it ready before I even get to the counter. Joe is basically the coffee God. it's nice to have a positive interaction so early on the morning. I usually drive by 2 other Dunkin locations that are closer to my house just because of the exceptional service.
