My husband and I went to Jersey Mike’s for the very first time ever in our life and we’re both retired people. We were there today at about 2 PM and the reason I wanted to leave a review was because the man that was working in the store and making our sandwiches was the kindest, loveliest, most personable and polite human being we have encountered in a while. We were so impressed by his social skills and his willingness to help and offer suggestions with a smile on his face...

Good location for the most part. Promotional pastrami sub is already gone. It was barely available when they had it on the menu. Couldn't even get to try the chipotle one, bummer... Also they forgot to make my order that I placed through their app. Showed up at least 10 minutes after estimated time, quickly realized they didn't even start the order of 1 sub. Not a good look, especially since I pre-tipped. What am I actually tipping them for anyway? They forgot to make...
