We were there today at about 2 PM and the reason I wanted to leave a review was because the man that was working in the store and making our sandwiches was the kindest, loveliest, most personable and polite human being we have encountered in a while. Good location for the most part. Promotional pastrami sub is already gone. It was barely available when they had it on the menu. Couldn't even get to try the chipotle one, bummer... Also they forgot to make my order that I placed through their app. Showed up at least 10 minutes after estimated time, quickly realized they didn't even start the order of 1 sub. Not a good look, especially since I pre-tipped. What am I actually tipping them for anyway? They forgot to make...

I stopped by this Jersey Mike's with little expectations, but I was completely blown away by the excellent service!! My sandwich was perfect, and the staff members were especially inviting, specifically Ashley who took my order. Looking at the other reviews now, it's clear to me that this location has grown and changed so much for the better, and I'm thrilled to stop by sometime again in the future.
