Came here on July 3rd. Staff purposely ignored anyone waiting at the counter. Waited 20+ mins to order. They would avoid eye contact and walk by without acknowledging customers. Used the kisok instead. Called my name and they forgot my cup for my drink, my sauce, and biscuit. Waited 20 mins at the counter again to be acknowledged for my drink. This happened to multiple other customers too, not just me. Girl in the back was eating nachos in front of customers and on her phone, ignoring us. Drink machine in lobby doesnt work right, sodas all tasted like nasty water. Chicken in sandwich was rubbery and undercooked. Trash cans were overflowing, lobby was disgusting. Owner/management should be ashamed. Place is trash do not eat here, you'll probably get sick, I threw out my chicken.

The employees are generally real lazy. I saw them refuse service, because a older man, didn’t want to use the kiosk. They will ignore, the front counter altogether. Super bad management, and service.

Everything was awesome great place and customer service was awesome. Had to leave the KFC on Atwood Ave because employees there were miserable so I left and came to Greenville kfc so much better !

The worst customer service. The lady at the drive thru who looks like she is on something did not take my order upon me waiting for a while at the order window. I proceeded to drive to the pick up window after continuously saying “ hello”. She goes “ ugh “ calls a man named Matthew. Mathew is even less helpful and tells me he can’t take my order at the pick up order. I explain I’ve been waiting at the correct window and no one ever came. He says “ I get that but we’re short staffed”. He refused to take my order at the other window after I told him I was non stop waiting and calling for someone to help me. If you are so miserable at work and going to provide poor customer service maybe get a different job!

If I could give it a negative, I would definitely do so. The manager needs some HR training on how to treat people. I am appalled at the management behavior this evening.we did drive through and take out. The products were held to long…per KFC quality standards. So we had a $60+ order, of which most was inedible.
