If I could give it a negative, I would definitely do so. The manager needs some HR training on how to treat people. I am appalled at the management behavior this evening.we did drive through and take out. The products were held to long…per KFC quality standards. So we had a $60+ order, of which most was inedible.

Went to this location ordered a 3pcs combo waited in dinning room for almost 20 min another customer standing with said you been waiting a while another customer came in complaining about waiting wanted refund got it and the manager short Spanish girl Gave him his refund and the food he was waiting for for waiting. So I asked for my food and let them know I've been waiting for a while Then they asked me if I want to wait another 10 minutes for Mac and cheese. I said no, just give me 2 mashed potatoes. I said all you guys do is focus on drive through the manager told me I should've went through drive through then somebody really needs to go and evaluate this place.

I spent 80$ and got horrible service. To have the manager tell people “you need to leave and go through drive thru” at 8pm because he’s wants to prioritize drive through and not serve dine in orders is unacceptable. If people ordering inside isn’t able to be supported then the doors need to be closed and a sign needs to be hung up. Completely unacceptable behavior from both management and the workers. Only one who was nice at this establishment was the boy who took my order whose name on my receipt was Xavier. The manager who worked on 10-18-24 at night needs severe retraining. As well as whatever worker it was that mouthed off and talked about a customer within earshot of all of the customers needs some too.

I find that it's average. I order at least 2 times a week. Well my company loves changs. The only thing is she over cooks the chicken. We love the driver she's fast polite. We can honestly say she's average. We order all the time.
Vegetarian options: She has vegetarian options. If not she will make it for you.
This is the worst KFC I ever been to ever in my life this is crazy the food is horrible the wait time is horrible I'm not the one that likes to get bad reviews but this one needed to be told hopefully in the near future things will get better but right now it's horrible
