Don't bother picking a time for delivery. This is the 3rd time in a row the foid was put right in and arrived right away. This time it was 35 minutes early. Last time was 2 hours early. The girl at the counter repeated the time back to me twice. Still didnt get it right.

We decided to get papa Gino’s for dinner tonight. We ordered the chicken fingers, wings, small breadstick and cinnamon dessert. Came to $50 with a coupon to deliver. Food was terrible. Chicken was cold and soggy, bread sticks were dry with barely any cheese on them and cinnamon dessert was also cold and hard. It seems like their food quality has gotten worse and the price has skyrocketed. Very unfortunate and too pricey to order for low quality food.

I ordered cheesy breadsticks online and when I went to pick It up they had no cheese on them just Breadsticks so I told the guy why isn’t there any cheese on them? He told me I ordered it like that I told him I did not order it like that so I told him to put cheese on it and he told me no he would not put cheese on it this is the last Time I step foot in a papa, Gino’s and D’Angelo‘s grinder shop. This is how you take care of your customers when there’s a problem you lost a good customer over something stupid like this man. remember, the customer is always right even though he’s not he is right you keep treating people like this and you’ll be out of business. You lost my business and you Can stick Your pizza with the sun don’t shine shine. I Am going to tell everyone that I know what rotten service I’ve gotten from you people you should be ashamed of Of yourself the way you treat your customers. Have a nice day. Waste of money. I stopped in for a large cheese pizza to split with my daughter. Most of the pizza was just light sauce and crust. For $20 at least cover the dough with cheese. Tastes like cardboard.
