I have great appreciation for this establishment. Their pastries are exceptionally appetizing. I am particularly attached to their tiramisu cannolis! The pizzas are also delightful . They custom-made my pregnancy announcement cake, which was outstanding. The customer service is exemplary, and everything else is wonderful.

This is my favorite bakery in RI. I go there from Providence even though there are plenty of bakeries here. This location has excellent espresso, good pizza, excellent cannolis and the best prosciutto sandwich Iāve ever had. The prices are very fair.

Goodbye Pastryland!!
I ordered 12 trays of wedding cookies for a thank you lunch I was hosting that was important to me. When the cookies were opened, I noticed a rancid odor. They tasted awful and left a bad after taste in your mouth. Also, the cookies at the very bottom were stuck to the tray and disintegrated when you picked them up. I realized quickly, I was sold old frozen cookies at a cost of $400. I was embarrassed and upset at the same time. The next day I called the bakery to let them know. I spoke to a very polite woman named Gina who kindly relayed my message to the owner. Unfortunately, the owner had Gina call me back to tell me he could not give me a refund unless I returned all the trays. I never asked for a refund. A call back from the owner with an apology would have been the appropriate response. Gina did offer to "make it right", but in my case, making fresh cookies the first time was the right thing to do. I'll miss you....š„

First time stopping in here for Italian bread, which was amazing! Picked up a few other goodies while there and the staff were so kind and patient answering all my questions! Items were delicious too

However, we saw a Jimmy cake in the pastry case & it looked tall & Fabulous. When we opened the box the cake was like 5āā 6 with cream. It looked nothing like the one in the case It was delicious, but not worth $ 35.00 . We will continue to return, just surprised.
