We were the first one's there this day and the waitresses were at the bar. They did not seem happy to see us. The waitress was trying to be excited to be there, but we could tell she wasn't. I will say the gentleman bringing bread and water was outstanding. Very personable and attentive. The salad special was delicious...but that is where it ended. I ordered the gnocchi and my partner ordered the pasta and chicken special. Unfortunately, neither had any taste. Even with extra salt, pepper and cheese the meals were bland. The bathrooms were FREEZING! When I mentioned it to management they said they tried to put in space heaters but ownership keeps taking them out. This is not acceptable for an industry that should worry about the best customer experience possible. I used to love going to Sienna in Smithfield but have decided to find a new place for good Italian food after this experience.

Last evening, four of us celebrated a birthday at Siena in Smithfield. We could not have chosen a better venue. The food was great and served hot and delicious. Our server, Amanda was very personable, helpful and kind. Having a corner booth allowed us the ability to talk to each other without any issues and enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a great night out!

Very busy night, food was just warm, not hot. Soda refills were not free. Not acceptable. wasn't told that they were not free refills. One of the people I was with had to return their food. It was very cold . Food was just mediocre for the price. Been many times and every time I give you guys another chance very disappointed. Will not return. When the waitress read off the specials, never quoted the prices, unacceptable .

As a geographically diverse family our party of 6 celebrated our winter holidays and the birthday of 3 family members at Siena and had an excellent celebration and meal there. The food and drink and service was excellent and they thoughtfully added to the celebration with birthday desserts for the family members with birthdays. The restaurant was fairly busy but the noise level never rose above moderate. They also accommodated a 6th member of our party upon arrival without complaint who had unwittingly been left out of the original reservation. We have eaten there before and each visit has been well worth the visit. Highly recommended!

First time diner. Food was good, but seafood dish was boring. Service was very good. Noise level was a little too much at times. Hard to hear each other at times. Also the tables were a bit too close together for our liking.

If you're thinking about dining here, do it! I've never had better chicken in my life. Everything was incredibly delicious, I would come back a thousand times over. I came here with my husband for his birthday, and the staff even signed a birthday card that was on the table for us when we arrived. It's the little things!!! I do wish we saw our waitress a little quicker, but it was a little busy and that's honestly just my preference so I'd take that with a grain of salt. Once I'm full I want to be home asap 😂

Enjoyable date night. Scallops special and Pork loin were tasty and well portioned. Salads (burratta and beets, Caesar) were very substantial and delicious. Wine list had some good values as well. Jordy was a pleasant server and team worked well to keep pace of meal. Noise level at 7:30 was very loud, but by 9:00 had dropped to a more comfortable level

Siena is our favorite special occasion restaurant however the last two times have been a little inconsistent . In November we were rushed though dinner, server sounded very scripted. Last night our server, McKayla was excellent- we've had her before. We were in no rush and it's a good thing because we were there for a long time. Food was on point but if we were short on time, it could have gotten annoying. I think people next to us even left before getting their meals.

We have never been. Our server was knowledgeable and WONDERFUL! Fish dish outstanding steak cooked perfectly. Calamari tender love the aioli Fried artichokes was just a little greasy and overdone but the center was so good. Glass of wine basic 6oz for $14 overpriced
